【摘要】：對斯托雷平改革的研究經(jīng)歷了階級視角、還原真相和思想視角三個階段,學(xué)者們終于認(rèn)識到思想對行為的支配作用。斯托雷平改革是在思想泛濫的社會條件下展開的,他一方面通過民族法制國家的建立對恣意妄為的社會進(jìn)行規(guī)范,另一方面還要通過土地改革建立公民法律意識。斯托雷平把俄國專制制度和東正教意識當(dāng)作俄國的寶貴財富,并試圖通過宗教改革點(diǎn)燃俄羅斯人民的信仰火炬,把俄國引上理性和真理的道路,其行為具有保守主義思想性質(zhì)。然而,俄國東正教會的"凱撒化"讓人們喪失了獨(dú)立判斷的能力,依托沙皇尼古拉二世支持的改革因尼古拉二世的利益糾葛而夭折,俄國重現(xiàn)沖天革命。直到普京執(zhí)政提出保守主義意識形態(tài),斯托雷平改革思想才重放異彩。
[Abstract]:The study of Stolepin's reform has experienced three stages: class perspective, restoration of truth and ideological perspective, and scholars have finally realized the dominant role of thought on behavior. Stolepin's reform was carried out under the social conditions of overflowing thoughts. On the one hand, he regulated the wanton society through the establishment of a nation with legal system, on the other hand, he also established a citizen's legal consciousness through land reform. Stolepin regarded the Russian autocratic system and Orthodox consciousness as the precious wealth of Russia and tried to ignite the faith torch of the Russian people through religious reform and lead Russia to the road of reason and truth. Its behavior has the nature of conservatism. However, the "Caesar" of the Russian Orthodox Church deprived people of the ability to judge independently, and the revolution in Russia collapsed because Nicholas II's interests were at odds with the reforms supported by tsar Nicholas II. It was not until Putin came to power to put forward conservative ideology that Stolepin's idea of reform returned.
