【摘要】：英國(guó)脫歐公投是當(dāng)下熱議的話題之一,作為曾經(jīng)的資本主義強(qiáng)國(guó),英國(guó)曾在歷史上有過(guò)輝煌的過(guò)去。而同時(shí)作為遠(yuǎn)離歐洲大陸的島國(guó),英國(guó)一直以來(lái)便與大陸各國(guó)關(guān)系微妙,加入歐共體亦是困難重重,但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化以及利益驅(qū)使,英國(guó)與歐共體各自讓步,最終達(dá)成協(xié)議,英國(guó)于1973年成為歐共體一員。在這之后,英國(guó)仍然不斷與歐共體產(chǎn)生摩擦和沖突,最終產(chǎn)生了 2016年的脫歐公投,結(jié)果是相對(duì)大多數(shù)英國(guó)公民支持脫離歐盟,那么在這一次公投中,是什么原因?qū)е铝诉@一結(jié)果的產(chǎn)生,則成為引人深思的問(wèn)題,而此次公投的結(jié)果也有顯著的特點(diǎn),這些特點(diǎn)也反映出英國(guó)社會(huì)目前存在的問(wèn)題。本文結(jié)合歷史與數(shù)據(jù),將會(huì)對(duì)英國(guó)與歐盟的歷史淵源進(jìn)行梳理,分析脫歐公投產(chǎn)生的原因以及結(jié)果特點(diǎn)。本文共分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分將會(huì)結(jié)合歷史資料對(duì)歐盟的建立過(guò)程、英國(guó)入歐前后的態(tài)度及矛盾進(jìn)行梳理。第二部分將會(huì)分析此次公投產(chǎn)生的原因,即英國(guó)自身的疑歐主義情緒、黨派內(nèi)外對(duì)歐盟的看法以及矛盾、經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題如歐債危機(jī)等,這三個(gè)原因共同作用導(dǎo)致此次公投的產(chǎn)生。第三部分將會(huì)對(duì)公投的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的特點(diǎn):區(qū)域性差異較大、年齡劃分較為明顯、教育層次差異較大。從特點(diǎn)出發(fā),分析出現(xiàn)這些特點(diǎn)的原因以及英國(guó)社會(huì)目前存在的問(wèn)題,探究出現(xiàn)這些問(wèn)題的原因,可以更好地認(rèn)識(shí)和理解英國(guó)這個(gè)曾經(jīng)輝煌、如今只剩輝煌心理的落日帝國(guó)。
[Abstract]:The Brexit referendum is one of the hot topics at the moment. As a former capitalist power, Britain has a glorious past. At the same time, as an island nation far from the European continent, Britain has always had delicate relations with other countries in the continent, and it is also difficult to join the European Community. However, as the economic situation changes and interests are driven, Britain and the European Community give in to each other. An agreement was finally reached and Britain became a member of the European Community in 1973. After that, the United Kingdom continued to generate friction and conflict with the European Community, culminating in a referendum on Brexit in 2016, with the result that the majority of British citizens supported leaving the European Union, so in this referendum, What led to this result was a thought-provoking question, and the result of the referendum had notable characteristics, which also reflected the problems existing in British society. Based on the history and data, this paper will comb the historical origin of Britain and the EU, and analyze the causes and the characteristics of the result of the Brexit referendum. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part will sort out the process of the establishment of the European Union, the attitudes and contradictions before and after Britain's entry into the European Union. The second part will analyze the causes of the referendum, namely, the Euroscepticism of Britain itself, the internal and external views of the European Union and contradictions, economic problems such as the European debt crisis, which together led to the referendum. The third part will analyze the result of the referendum, and find out the characteristics of the referendum: the regional difference, the age division is obvious, the education level difference is bigger. By analyzing the causes of these characteristics and the existing problems in the British society, we can better understand and understand the setting sun empire of Britain, which was once brilliant and now has only brilliant psychology.
