【摘要】：中國改革開放以來的變化和取得的成就吸引了世界各國的目光。中國特色社會主義也以其迅速崛起的姿態(tài)和對人類歷史的重大影響，成為國內(nèi)外學者、政界和媒體關注的焦點。雖然一些學者出于各種原因，對中國特色社會主義存在一定的誤解，但大多數(shù)的國外學者還是能本著尊重歷史和事實的態(tài)度，從不同的角度和立場對中國特色社會主義進行研究。在國外“中國模式”作為中國特色社會主義的代名詞被廣泛運用，因此，梳理和評價國外有關“中國模式”研究的文獻資料，對于我們?nèi)�、科學地建設和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義具有重要意義。本文試圖在國外相關文獻資料的分析研究基礎上，，重點分析國外聚焦中國特色社會主義的動因，總結(jié)國外研究中國特色社會主義的多維視角，在科學評判國外中國特色社會主義研究理論基礎上，探尋可供國內(nèi)相關研究借鑒的有益啟示，從而為國內(nèi)中國特色社會主義研究提供外部參照，以掌握全球范圍內(nèi)關于中國特色社會主義研究的“話語權”。全文共分為四部分： 第一部分，國外學者聚焦中國特色社會主義的動因。這一部分主要從四個方面對推動國外學者研究中國特色社會主義的因素進行了梳理：一是解密中國發(fā)展的“神奇密碼”；二是為發(fā)展中國家發(fā)展探求經(jīng)驗；三是關切蘇東劇變后社會主義前途；四是反思“華盛頓共識”。 第二部分，國外學者對中國特色社會主義性質(zhì)的兩類界定。對于中國社會的性質(zhì)，多數(shù)國外學者熱衷于以經(jīng)典馬克思主義意義上的社會主義與資本主義的形態(tài)來為其界定，認為中國社會不是姓“資”就是姓“社”，更有學者認為中國目前的社會性質(zhì)處于“兩可”的狀態(tài)；還有一部分學者則選擇跳出傳統(tǒng)意義上的社會形態(tài)劃分，從資本主義替代性方面來定位中國性質(zhì)。 第三部分，重點闡釋國外關于中國特色社會主義的研究視角。這一部分是本文的重點也是創(chuàng)新之處。這一部分主要從以下五個方面闡釋了國外研究中國特色社會主義的視角：一是馬克思主義中國化進程的新階段；二是世界社會主義運動中的社會主義新模式；三是發(fā)展中國家適用的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗；四是全球化背景下的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；五是世界舞臺上的中國力量。 第四部分，闡述國外中國特色社會主義研究的評價及啟示。通過對國外中國特色社會主義研究的透視和批判，找出國外相關研究的不足之處，以此為鑒，從中提煉出國內(nèi)對中國特色社會主義研究的有益啟示。
[Abstract]:China's changes and achievements since the reform and opening up have attracted the attention of all countries in the world.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has also become the focus of attention of scholars, politicians and media at home and abroad for its rapid rise and great influence on human history.Although some scholars have misunderstood socialism with Chinese characteristics for various reasons, most foreign scholars are still able to respect history and facts.To study socialism with Chinese characteristics from different angles and positions.As a synonym for socialism with Chinese characteristics, the "Chinese model" has been widely used abroad. Therefore, to comb and evaluate the literature on the study of the "Chinese model" in foreign countries is of great importance to us.It is of great significance to build and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics scientifically.This paper tries to analyze the motivation of focusing on socialism with Chinese characteristics in foreign countries on the basis of the analysis and study of relevant literature and materials abroad, and summarize the multidimensional perspective of studying socialism with Chinese characteristics abroad.On the basis of the scientific evaluation of foreign research theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this paper explores the beneficial implications for the relevant domestic research, thus providing an external reference for the study of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China.In order to grasp the global scope of socialism with Chinese characteristics on the "right to speak."The full text is divided into four parts:The first part, foreign scholars focus on the causes of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This part mainly combs the factors of promoting foreign scholars to study socialism with Chinese characteristics from four aspects: one is to decrypt the "magic code" of China's development, the other is to seek experience for the development of developing countries.Third, concern about the future of socialism after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe; fourth, reflect on the Washington consensus.The second part, foreign scholars on the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics two types of definition.As to the nature of Chinese society, most foreign scholars are keen to define it by the form of socialism and capitalism in the sense of classical Marxism, and think that Chinese society is either surnamed "Capital" or "Society".Some scholars think that the social nature of China is in the state of "two things" at present, and some scholars choose to deviate from the traditional social form and to orientate the nature of China from the aspect of capitalism substitution.The third part, explains the foreign research angle of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This part is the focal point of this article also is the innovation place.This part mainly explains the perspectives of foreign research on socialism with Chinese characteristics from the following five aspects: first, the new stage of the process of Sinicization of Marxism, second, the new socialist model in the world socialist movement;The third is the development experience of the developing countries, the fourth is the modernization development strategy under the background of globalization, and the fifth is the Chinese power on the world stage.The fourth part expounds the evaluation and enlightenment of the study of socialism with Chinese characteristics abroad.Through the perspective and criticism of the research on socialism with Chinese characteristics abroad, this paper finds out the deficiency of the relevant research abroad, and extracts from it the beneficial enlightenment of the study of socialism with Chinese characteristics at home.
