【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界正在發(fā)生前所未有的大變局,我國(guó)安全形勢(shì)正在發(fā)生新的深刻變化,軍事技術(shù)和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)形態(tài)正在出現(xiàn)革命性變革。認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)理解黨中央和習(xí)近平總書記的一系列重要戰(zhàn)略決策和指示要求,深刻分析和把握我國(guó)當(dāng)前所處的歷史方位,深入思考和科學(xué)分析國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略形勢(shì)和我國(guó)安全環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)的新情況新變化新趨勢(shì),認(rèn)清我國(guó)由大向強(qiáng)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵階段的時(shí)與勢(shì),對(duì)于研判形勢(shì)、把握大勢(shì)、指導(dǎo)工作,都具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:Today the world is undergoing unprecedented changes, the security situation in China is undergoing new profound changes, and revolutionary changes are taking place in military technology and war patterns.To conscientiously study and understand a series of important strategic decisions and instructions made by the Party Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping, and to profoundly analyze and grasp the historical position of our country at present.To think deeply and scientifically analyze the international strategic situation and the new situation, new changes and new trends in the security environment of our country, to recognize the time and potential of the critical stage of our country's development from big to strong, to study and judge the situation, to grasp the general trend, and to guide our work.Are of great and far-reaching significance.
