【摘要】：隨著英國"脫歐",歐盟的一體化進程出現(xiàn)了重大倒退,但是,當代歐盟國家的民粹危機不能簡單地理解為歐洲一體化引起的不適或是全球化失意者的反抗。反一體化的民粹思潮揭示出歐洲一體化進程中嚴重的不平衡以及現(xiàn)代西方代議制民主在全球化與新媒體時代面臨的嚴重合法性危機;具體可以歸納為三個方面:其一,歐洲一體化過程中勞資平衡的解體;其二,冷戰(zhàn)結束后意識形態(tài)的"終結"帶來了話語的貧困;其三,"歐洲一體化"造成的代議制民主下精英統(tǒng)治的合法性危機,而新媒體時代進一步加劇了這種精英統(tǒng)治的危機。這種危機的持續(xù)可能帶來對代議制民主的深刻反動,既有可能使歐洲出現(xiàn)某種強人政治,也有可能讓大眾與精英在未來的政治過程中形成某種新的平衡。
[Abstract]:With the Brexit of the EU, the integration process of the EU has regressed significantly. However, the populist crisis in contemporary EU countries cannot simply be understood as the discomfort caused by European integration or the resistance of those who are frustrated by globalization.The anti-integration populist ideological trend reveals the serious imbalance in the process of European integration and the serious legitimacy crisis faced by modern western representative democracy in the era of globalization and new media.The disintegration of labor balance in the process of European integration; second, the "end" of ideology after the end of the cold war brought about the poverty of discourse; third, the crisis of legitimacy of elite rule under representative democracy caused by "European integration".And the new media era further exacerbated this kind of elite rule crisis.The persistence of this crisis may lead to a profound reaction to representative democracy, which may lead to the emergence of some kind of strongman politics in Europe as well as a new balance between the masses and the elite in the political process in the future.
