【摘要】：隨著時代的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛普及為人們提供了廣闊的交流和互動空間。在各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論形成、傳播，以及發(fā)展的過程中，一些網(wǎng)民開展主動的承擔(dān)起信息傳播擴散或加工、協(xié)調(diào)，甚至是干預(yù)的責(zé)任。并使自己的意見和觀點迅速得到廣大數(shù)網(wǎng)民的重視和、認可乃至追隨。網(wǎng)絡(luò)“意見領(lǐng)袖”這一特殊群體應(yīng)運而生，并發(fā)揮出強大的導(dǎo)向作用。本文分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖的特點以及內(nèi)在關(guān)系。并從外在原因和內(nèi)在原因兩個角度，，圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖的形成因素予以分析。然后，概括網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖所擁有的重要作用，以及所產(chǎn)生的重大影響力。并通過設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷和實施調(diào)查，對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情中意見領(lǐng)袖的正確導(dǎo)向作用以及誤導(dǎo)和操控等情況進行了解。通過研究我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，導(dǎo)致意見領(lǐng)袖誤導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的原因有很多，例如網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見信息環(huán)境的相對封閉和有關(guān)規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)言論行為的法律法規(guī)欠缺，以及網(wǎng)民預(yù)期的心理傾向等。立足調(diào)查結(jié)果和研究情況，筆者還提出正確發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖導(dǎo)向作用的具體措施，包括加強教育，合理引導(dǎo)“意見領(lǐng)袖”和加強相關(guān)立法與網(wǎng)絡(luò)執(zhí)法，依法管網(wǎng)，以及建設(shè)更加開放的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境及有效的溝通和培植體制內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)“意見領(lǐng)袖”，強化主流言論等。以期更好的對網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖予以正確的引導(dǎo)，更好的發(fā)揮出其應(yīng)用的正確導(dǎo)向作用來。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the extensive popularization of the network provides people with a broad space for communication and interaction.In the process of forming, spreading and developing various kinds of network public opinion, some netizens take the responsibility of spreading, processing, coordinating and even intervening in information dissemination.And so that their opinions and views quickly received a large number of Internet users and recognition and even follow.Network "opinion leader" this special group arises at the historic moment, and plays a strong guiding role.This paper analyzes the characteristics and internal relations between network public opinion and network opinion leaders.And from the external reasons and internal reasons, around the formation of network opinion leaders to analyze the factors.Then, summarize the important role of network opinion leaders, and the great influence.Through the design of questionnaire and the implementation of the survey, the correct guiding role, misleading and manipulation of opinion leaders in Internet public opinion are understood.Through the research, we find that there are many reasons for the opinion leaders to mislead the public opinion on the Internet, such as the relative closure of the network opinion information environment, the lack of laws and regulations related to regulating the behavior of online speech, and the expectation psychological tendency of the Internet users and so on.Based on the investigation results and the research situation, the author also puts forward some concrete measures to give full play to the leading role of network opinion leaders, including strengthening education, reasonably guiding "opinion leaders", strengthening relevant legislation and network law enforcement, and carrying out pipe networks according to law.And building a more open network environment and effective communication and training of network "opinion leaders" in the system, strengthening mainstream speech, etc.With a view to better network opinion leaders to give correct guidance, better play its application of the correct guidance role.
