【摘要】：中西不同視域下的協(xié)商民主既存在本質(zhì)上的區(qū)別,又有著民主價值目標所體現(xiàn)出的共性。正確認識和區(qū)分兩種視域下的協(xié)商民主,在共識和差異的基礎上,建構起中國特色的協(xié)商民主制度。
[Abstract]:The deliberative democracy in different perspectives between China and the west is essentially different from each other, and has the commonalities embodied in the democratic value goal. We should correctly understand and distinguish deliberative democracy in the two perspectives, and build a deliberative democracy system with Chinese characteristics on the basis of consensus and difference.
