【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記治國理政新理念、新思想、新戰(zhàn)略和新路徑,是一套科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、完備的理論體系,既是運用科學(xué)方法論的結(jié)晶,又彰顯了科學(xué)方法論。因此,探討習(xí)近平總書記治國理政的科學(xué)方法論,既是研究習(xí)近平治國理政思想的入口,又有助于深入學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)近平治國理政思想。鑒于此,本刊邀請包括長江學(xué)者、萬人計劃哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人才、中宣部文化名家和"四個一批"人才在內(nèi)的著名學(xué)者以及專業(yè)理論工作者,從不同角度研究習(xí)近平總書記治國理政的方法論問題。習(xí)近平總書記治國理政的科學(xué)方法論,不僅貫穿于習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話之始終,而且還內(nèi)含在"中國夢"的思想中、社會治理的思想中、思想政治教育工作的原則中、分析社會變遷的問題意識中、"為人類對更好社會制度的探索提供中國方案"中。歷史思維方法既貫穿于習(xí)近平總書記治國理政思想之始終,又是習(xí)近平總書記闡釋"中國夢"的重要方法論。習(xí)近平總書記不僅運用歷史思維方法揭示"中國夢"的起源、闡釋"中國夢"的演變、解讀"中國夢"的內(nèi)涵,而且運用歷史思維方法設(shè)計"中國夢"的路徑、展望"中國夢"的愿景。因此,歷史思維方法是理解"中國夢"的科學(xué)方法論。問題意識是習(xí)近平治國理政方法論的重要內(nèi)容,問題意識體現(xiàn)的是一種辯證思維、矛盾方法和務(wù)實品質(zhì),是理論創(chuàng)新的起點,是深化改革的動力,是構(gòu)建制度的邏輯,是推動發(fā)展的著力點。在中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的新階段,進行具有許多新的歷史特點的偉大斗爭必須堅持和用好"問題導(dǎo)向"這個方法論。"中國方案"是中國特色社會主義道路、理論、制度、文化發(fā)展的重要里程碑,是馬克思主義中國化、時代化、大眾化進程中的理論創(chuàng)新和實踐創(chuàng)新。"中國方案"支撐世界共同發(fā)展,折射人類共同命運,蟄伏時代共同哲學(xué)。人類命運共同體思想體現(xiàn)了習(xí)近平把握世界大勢,主張世界治理,關(guān)注世界未來的共同價值論、共同責(zé)任論、共同命運論。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping's new ideas, new ideas, new strategies and new paths are a set of scientific, systematic and complete theoretical system, which is not only the crystallization of scientific methodology, but also highlights the scientific methodology. To probe into General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific methodology of governing and managing his country is not only the entry point for studying the thought of managing the country and managing politics by Xi Jinping, but also is conducive to the in-depth study of the thought of managing the country and politics. In view of this, we invite scholars from the Yangtze River, including scholars from the Yangtze River. Ten thousand people plan to lead in philosophy and social sciences, famous scholars and professional theorists in the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, including the "four groups" of talents, To study General Secretary Xi Jinping's methodology of governing and managing his country from different angles. The scientific methodology of General Secretary Xi Jinping's administration of state affairs not only runs through the course of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, It is also contained in the thought of "Chinese Dream", in the thought of social governance, and in the principles of ideological and political education. In analyzing the problem consciousness of social change, "providing China's plan for human beings to explore a better social system", the historical thinking method not only runs through General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of running a country, but also runs through the whole time. It is also the important methodology of General Secretary Chinese Dream's interpretation of "Chinese Dream." General Secretary Chinese Dream not only uses historical thinking methods to reveal the origin of "Chinese Dream," explains the evolution of "Chinese Dream," and interprets the connotation of "Chinese Dream." Moreover, using the method of historical thinking to design the path of "Chinese Dream" and to look forward to the vision of "Chinese Dream". Therefore, the method of historical thinking is the scientific methodology of understanding "Chinese Dream". The consciousness of question is the important content of Chinese Dream's methodology of governing and managing politics. Problem consciousness embodies a dialectical thinking, contradictory method and pragmatic quality, which is the starting point of theoretical innovation, the motive force of deepening reform, and the logic of constructing system. In the new stage of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, The great struggle with many new historical characteristics must adhere to and make good use of the methodology of "problem-oriented." the "China proposal" is an important milestone in the road, theory, system and cultural development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is the innovation of theory and practice in the process of Marxism in China, times and popularization. The "China Plan" supports the common development of the world and reflects the common destiny of mankind. The common philosophy of the dormant era. The thought of human destiny community embodies Xi Jinping's common value theory, common responsibility theory and common destiny theory of holding the world trend, advocating world governance and paying attention to the future of the world.
