【摘要】：極地是影響可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人類生存的新疆域,也是大國之間圍繞利益和影響力競爭的戰(zhàn)略制高點。作為強國戰(zhàn)略的重要組成,中國極地事業(yè)的發(fā)展有助于維護不斷增長的國家利益,有助于增強在國際秩序中的影響力。綜合利用各種政策工具和既有國際機制來維護中國在極地的環(huán)境利益、經(jīng)濟利益、科考利益、安全利益和參與極地治理的合法權(quán)益。認識極地、利用極地、保護極地是新時期中國極地事業(yè)的主要任務。以"人類命運共同體"治理思想引領(lǐng)極地的國際治理是中國智慧對人類和平利用極地的新貢獻。
