【摘要】："一帶一路"國際合作高峰論壇提高了"一帶一路"國際話語的權(quán)威性和影響力,加強了話語建構(gòu)的公信力和支持度。習近平總書記的主旨演講為"一帶一路"倡議的意義建構(gòu)與輸出提供了公共語境,為"一帶一路"國際話語的解讀與傳播奠定了基礎(chǔ)。"一帶一路"的話語實踐重視對言說對象的現(xiàn)實建構(gòu),所創(chuàng)建的國際話語要被世界人民所接受。國際合作高峰論壇的成功舉辦,作為一種"知識"定義"一帶一路"的話語策略,對"一帶一路"國際話語傳播的意義解讀具有重要的框定作用。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" summit forum on international cooperation has enhanced the authority and influence of the international discourse of "Belt and Road". It strengthened the credibility and support of discourse construction. General Secretary Belt and Road's keynote speech provided a public context for the construction and export of the meaning of Belt and Road's initiative. It lays a foundation for the interpretation and dissemination of Belt and Road's international discourse. The international discourse created is to be accepted by the people of the world. The successful holding of the Summit Forum on International Cooperation serves as a discourse strategy for the definition of "Belt and Road" by "knowledge". It plays an important role in interpreting the meaning of Belt and Road's international discourse communication.
