【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化的加速,我國(guó)的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題愈加突出。空巢率高,照顧人手不足,社交圈子窄,精神生活貧乏,應(yīng)急能力低,安全隱患多,養(yǎng)老環(huán)境建設(shè)不力,缺乏安全感是當(dāng)下中國(guó)老年人存在的普遍問(wèn)題。同輩群體是老年人的重要生活群體,老年同輩群體可在生活照顧、老年再社會(huì)化、驅(qū)除孤獨(dú)感、增強(qiáng)安全感、促進(jìn)社會(huì)融入等方面發(fā)揮積極作用,是養(yǎng)老的重要支持力量。因此,嘗試發(fā)展志愿組團(tuán)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老、結(jié)伴休閑基地養(yǎng)老和"田園式"結(jié)伴組合基地養(yǎng)老將有利于解決中國(guó)養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of population aging, pension problem in China is more and more prominent. The high rate of empty nest, take care of the shortage, narrow social circle, spiritual poverty, emergency capability, safety, environment construction pension ineffective, lack a sense of security is a common problem in the elderly. The Chinese peer group is an important group of elderly life the elderly peer group in life to take care of elderly, socialization, dispel loneliness, enhance the sense of security, play a positive role in promoting social integration, is an important force in support of pension. Therefore, the development of volunteer groups try to pension institutions, pension and leisure base with "garden style" with combination of base endowment will to solve the China pension problem.
