【摘要】：采用2014年中國老年社會追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對中國老年人的照料需求進(jìn)行多維度評估,并對照料服務(wù)的供給狀況進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):我國日常生活不能完全自理的老年人占8.54%,工具性日常生活不能完全自理老人占40.06%,約8%的老年人需要得到專業(yè)化的長期照護(hù)服務(wù),其中2.19%的重度失能老人更是長期照護(hù)服務(wù)的重點(diǎn)人群;農(nóng)村、女性、高齡老年人的認(rèn)知與抑郁問題相對突出;94.96%的有照料需求的老年人首要照料者為家庭成員。應(yīng)盡快建立由個人、家庭、社會、政府合理分擔(dān)的長期照料護(hù)理體系,并加強(qiáng)對老年人照料需求的精準(zhǔn)化、動態(tài)化評估。
[Abstract]:Using the data of the 2014 China Social tracking Survey for the elderly to assess the care needs of the elderly in China, and to analyze the supply of care services. The results showed that 8.54 elderly people could not take care of themselves completely in our daily life, 40.06% of them could not take care of themselves completely in instrumental daily life, and about 8% of them needed professional long-term care services. Among them, 2.19% of the severely disabled elderly are also the key groups of long-term care services; in rural areas, women, The cognitive and depression problems of the elderly are relatively prominent. 94.96% of the primary carers of the elderly with care needs are family members. It is necessary to establish as soon as possible a system of long-term care and care that is reasonably shared by individuals, families, society and the government. And to strengthen the elderly care needs of precision, dynamic assessment.
