【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨在推進協(xié)商民主建設的進程中,積累了豐富的寶貴經(jīng)驗。從總體上來看,中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的基本經(jīng)驗主要表現(xiàn)在五個方面:始終堅持黨的正確領導是中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的前提條件;走中國特色協(xié)商民主道路是中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的內(nèi)在要求;強化人民協(xié)商主體地位是中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的核心理念;進行多層面的實踐創(chuàng)新是中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的關鍵所在;推進協(xié)商民主制度建設是中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的重要保障。探析中國共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)商民主的基本經(jīng)驗,有助于新時期協(xié)商民主建設的順利推進。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has accumulated a wealth of valuable experience in the process of promoting the building of deliberative democracy. On the whole, The basic experience of the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy is mainly manifested in five aspects: always insisting on the correct leadership of the party is the prerequisite of the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy, and following the path of the consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics is the inherent requirement of the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy. Strengthening the subject status of the people's consultation is the core idea of the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy, and carrying out multi-level practical innovation is the key to the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy. Promoting the construction of consultative democracy system is an important guarantee of the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy. The analysis of the basic experience of the Chinese Communist Party's consultative democracy is helpful to the smooth advancement of the construction of the consultative democracy in the new period.
