【摘要】：在當(dāng)代緬甸政治發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)上,軍方的政治選擇往往是決定緬甸今后政治發(fā)展走向的關(guān)鍵。不理解軍方在關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)下做出政治選擇的原因就無法理解緬甸政治發(fā)展的過去、現(xiàn)在和未來。通過對(duì)緬甸獨(dú)立以來七次關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)軍方政治選擇的案例分析,本文認(rèn)為,決定軍方政治選擇的關(guān)鍵變量是軍人核心利益與文官力量。影響軍方政治選擇的行動(dòng)邏輯有兩個(gè),首先軍隊(duì)要堅(jiān)決維護(hù)核心利益;其次軍隊(duì)要考慮文官力量的強(qiáng)弱,文官力量影響著軍方政治行為的方式與規(guī)模。即便近年來緬甸民主化進(jìn)程加速,軍人核心利益與文官力量的分析框架仍然適用于對(duì)緬甸軍人政治行為和緬甸政治發(fā)展的分析。
[Abstract]:At the key nodes of political development in contemporary Myanmar, the political choices of the military are often the key to determining the future direction of political development in Myanmar. Without understanding the reasons why the military makes political choices under the key nodes, it is impossible to understand the past of political development in Myanmar. Now and in the future. Based on a case study of the military's political choices at seven key nodes since Myanmar's independence, this paper believes, The key variables determining the political choice of the military are the core interests of the military and the civilian forces. There are two operational logic that affect the political choice of the military. First, the army must resolutely safeguard the core interests; secondly, the army should consider the strength of the civilian force. Even though the democratization process in Myanmar has accelerated in recent years, the analysis framework of military core interests and civilian forces is still applicable to the analysis of Myanmar military political behavior and political development.
