【摘要】：既往研究大多從定性的描述性視角提出了我國(guó)社區(qū)治理的應(yīng)然模式,但是并沒(méi)有闡釋現(xiàn)實(shí)中的社區(qū)治理為什么會(huì)有那么多截然不同的"典型"模式,也沒(méi)有令人信服地揭示不同治理模式之間的績(jī)效差異。通過(guò)建構(gòu)社區(qū)內(nèi)部資源與社區(qū)治理模式之間關(guān)聯(lián)性的分析框架,可以從理論上勾勒出二者之間的耦合機(jī)制。借助跨區(qū)域的大樣本統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,本文不僅回答了多樣性社區(qū)治理模式存在的必然性問(wèn)題,而且更深層次地解釋了社區(qū)資源稟賦如何影響社區(qū)的治理模式。進(jìn)一步的實(shí)證研究顯示,自治型和協(xié)作型治理模式有著更好的治理績(jī)效,從而為實(shí)踐部門明確了社區(qū)建設(shè)的方向。
[Abstract]:Most previous studies have put forward the model of community governance in China from a qualitative and descriptive perspective, but have not explained why there are so many different "typical" models of community governance in reality. Nor has it convincingly revealed the differences in performance between different governance models. By constructing an analytical framework for the correlation between resources within the community and the community governance model, The coupling mechanism between the two can be outlined theoretically. With the help of cross-region statistical analysis of large samples, this paper not only answers the question of the inevitability of diversity community governance model. Furthermore, it further explains how community resource endowment affects the governance model of community. Further empirical research shows that autonomous and cooperative governance models have better governance performance. Thus, the direction of community construction is clear for practice department.
