【摘要】：中國人口老齡化日益嚴(yán)重；獨(dú)生子女政策實(shí)施至今,使人口老齡化加劇,養(yǎng)老問題日益突出,隨后導(dǎo)致社會(huì)上越來越多的空巢老人、失獨(dú)老人的出現(xiàn)。當(dāng)今中國的社會(huì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)不斷發(fā)展,所以老年人的養(yǎng)老方式也不再是單一的家庭養(yǎng)老,老人們慢慢接受了養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),也愿意把后半生托付給它們,養(yǎng)老院也是今后老年人養(yǎng)老的首要選擇。所以開發(fā)建設(shè)出高水平高質(zhì)量的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),是解決人口老齡化的一項(xiàng)必要方法。加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)老院發(fā)展也有利于提高老年人生活質(zhì)量及減輕子女的養(yǎng)老負(fù)擔(dān),養(yǎng)老院迎合了老年人復(fù)雜多樣的養(yǎng)老需求,能夠?yàn)槔夏耆颂峁┝艘粋�(gè)舒適安逸的居住交往環(huán)境。本文基于幾種類型老年人(空巢、失獨(dú)、重病、獨(dú)居)精神方面的不同需求,從養(yǎng)老院空間設(shè)施入手,從交互空間和其他功能單元出發(fā),通過科學(xué)的方法分析養(yǎng)老院交互空間案例中的特征,從中找出設(shè)計(jì)方法及設(shè)計(jì)原則,并提煉總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)出一所高質(zhì)量的養(yǎng)老院居住空間,從而提高老年人的精神狀態(tài),安度晚年。論文主要內(nèi)容：一、論文通過對國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的研究與分析,從“交互空間”的角度出發(fā),分析交互空間在養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用,以對本文及本設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行定位；設(shè)計(jì)出可以供不同類型老年人使用的交互空間。二、在研究與分析國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的過程中,找出問題及存在的不足,在論文和設(shè)計(jì)中體現(xiàn)出來并且找出解決方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)與完善。三、實(shí)際調(diào)研：通過濟(jì)南幾所養(yǎng)老院空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)研得出結(jié)論,進(jìn)一步為設(shè)計(jì)方案定位完善,設(shè)計(jì)出一所能夠迎合不同類型老年人復(fù)雜多樣的養(yǎng)老需求的養(yǎng)老居住環(huán)境。四、論文從不同類型的老年人(空巢、失獨(dú)、重病、獨(dú)居)精神心理需求出發(fā),分析總結(jié)出這幾類老年人與其他老年人精神心理需求的不同,然后對“交互空間”進(jìn)行合理的定意和定位,設(shè)計(jì)出一所合理的養(yǎng)老院空間環(huán)境。五、在方案選址、設(shè)計(jì)問題,本方案擺脫了以往的傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)模式,推陳出新,在迎合老年人的心理需求前提下進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與規(guī)劃；方案選址在濟(jì)南一所公園內(nèi)部,使養(yǎng)老院外部環(huán)境與公園環(huán)境相結(jié)合,方便老年人外出游玩,不僅僅拘束于養(yǎng)老院空間環(huán)境中,同時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)好室內(nèi)外交互空間的聯(lián)系。通過以上分析研究和實(shí)踐調(diào)研,得出“交互空間”在養(yǎng)老院空間環(huán)境的應(yīng)用和存在必要性,并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論,為以后的研究工作坐下鋪墊。
[Abstract]:China's aging population is getting more and more serious; the implementation of the one-child policy has aggravated the aging of the population and the problem of providing for the aged has become increasingly prominent, leading to a growing number of empty nesters in society. The emergence of the elderly without independence. Nowadays, the social old-age care institutions in China are constantly developing, so the old-age care system for the elderly is no longer a single family old-age care. The elderly have slowly accepted the old-age care institutions and are willing to entrust the latter half of their lives to them. Nursing homes are also the primary choice for the aged in the future. Therefore, the development and construction of high level and high quality pension institutions, Strengthening the development of nursing homes is also conducive to improving the quality of life of the elderly and lightening their children's burden of providing for the aged. Nursing homes cater to the complex and diverse needs of the elderly for the aged. It can provide a comfortable and comfortable living environment for the elderly. Based on the different spiritual needs of several types of elderly (empty nest, lost independence, serious illness, solitary living), this paper starts with the space facilities of the nursing home. Based on the interactive space and other functional units, this paper analyzes the characteristics of nursing home interactive space cases through scientific methods, finds out the design methods and design principles, and summarizes and designs a high-quality nursing home living space. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: first, through the research and analysis of the current situation of the old-age care institutions at home and abroad, from the perspective of "interactive space", This paper analyzes the design and application of interactive space in pension institutions in order to locate this paper and the design scheme, and designs the interactive space for different types of elderly people. Secondly, in the process of studying and analyzing the present situation at home and abroad, Find out the problems and shortcomings, reflect in the paper and design and find out the solution to improve and improve. Third, the actual investigation: through the investigation of the spatial environment design of several retirement homes in Jinan to draw a conclusion, Further better positioning for the design scheme, design a pension living environment that can meet the complex and diverse needs of different types of old people. Fourth, the paper from the different types of elderly (empty nest, lost independence, serious illness, From the point of view of mental and psychological needs, this paper analyzes and sums up the differences between the mental and psychological needs of these elderly people and other elderly people, and then reasonably determines and orientates the "interactive space", and designs a reasonable nursing home space environment. In the project site selection, design problem, this project gets rid of the past traditional design mode, brings forth new ideas, and designs and plans under the premise of catering to the psychological needs of the elderly; the project site is located inside a park in Jinan. To combine the external environment of the nursing home with the environment of the park, to facilitate the elderly to go out and play, not only to restrict themselves to the spatial environment of the nursing home, but also to coordinate the relationship between the indoor and outdoor interactive spaces. Through the above analysis, research and practice, The application and necessity of "interactive space" in the space environment of nursing home are obtained, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn, which will pave the way for the future research work.
