【摘要】：中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度的定型化是科學(xué)社會(huì)主義的一個(gè)十分重要的命題,關(guān)于社會(huì)主義制度的定型化問(wèn)題方面的研究,不應(yīng)當(dāng)僅簡(jiǎn)單的看做是一個(gè)新的理論問(wèn)題,更應(yīng)當(dāng)意識(shí)到是具有很大實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義的。這個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究對(duì)于中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論如何在實(shí)踐中得到具體應(yīng)用、實(shí)現(xiàn)制度化、最終走向法律化的具有重要的意義;這個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的長(zhǎng)期繁榮,穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展具有很大的指導(dǎo)作用。筆者通過(guò)研究中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度體系再現(xiàn)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的歷史脈絡(luò)。首先重點(diǎn)介紹了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的基本理論;這實(shí)際上也是對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化進(jìn)行宏觀、中觀和微觀的解讀。在此基礎(chǔ)上勾畫(huà)出一幅清晰的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的歷史演進(jìn)和邏輯脈絡(luò),再現(xiàn)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的發(fā)展歷程。然后對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的基礎(chǔ)、內(nèi)容與不足進(jìn)行闡述,探析中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的邏輯起點(diǎn)。最后探析中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑指明中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的發(fā)展范式和目標(biāo)愿景達(dá)到邏輯終點(diǎn)。筆者希望通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化由淺入深的研究,能夠?qū)窈笾袊?guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度定型化的研究以及中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:The formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is a very important proposition of scientific socialism. The study of the stereotyping of the socialist system should not simply be seen as a new theoretical issue. The research on this issue is of great significance to how to apply the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in practice, to realize institutionalization and finally to legalize. The study of this issue will contribute to the long-term prosperity of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics. The stable and healthy development plays a great guiding role. By studying the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, the author reappears the historical context of the formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Firstly, the author introduces the main body of the society with Chinese characteristics. The basic theory of the formalization of justice system; This is actually a macro, meso and micro interpretation of the formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. On this basis, we draw a clear picture of the historical evolution and logical context of the formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. It reproduces the development course of the formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and then expounds the foundation, contents and shortcomings of the formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. This paper analyzes the logical starting point of the formalization of socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Finally, it points out the way to realize the formalization of socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and points out the development paradigm and goal vision of the formalization of socialist system with Chinese characteristics. The author hopes to study the formalization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics from simple to deep. It will be beneficial to the study of the formalization of socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future.
