【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)城市規(guī)劃視角及其方法已不太適用于當(dāng)前城市存量空間的規(guī)劃問題,如社區(qū)改造、居家養(yǎng)老、商業(yè)植入等城市有機(jī)更新工作已逐漸成為部分地區(qū)城市規(guī)劃工作中的主要部分.以杭州市上城區(qū)紫陽街道大馬弄60號為例,在生態(tài)化設(shè)計的視角下,通過社區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計模擬工作坊等形式,組織居民與其他利益主體參與到社區(qū)漸進(jìn)更新工作當(dāng)中,聽取并收集市民、企業(yè)、街道組織等多方發(fā)展訴求,再結(jié)合建筑環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,以漸進(jìn)更新為基本導(dǎo)向提出3個更新方案:市場調(diào)整方案、養(yǎng)老介入方案和民宿植入方案.研究結(jié)果表明:3個方案分別滿足了研究對象不同的生產(chǎn)生活訴求,各有自身優(yōu)勢和不足之處.指出了生態(tài)化設(shè)計思維在當(dāng)下城市規(guī)劃工作中的重要性,為城市存量空間的有機(jī)更新提供了新的切入視角.
[Abstract]:The traditional urban planning perspective and its methods are not suitable for the planning of the current urban storage space, such as community transformation, home pension, Urban organic renewal, such as commercial implantation, has gradually become a major part of urban planning in some areas. Taking No. 60 Damanong, Ziyang Street, Upper District of Hangzhou as an example, from the perspective of ecological design, Through community planning and design simulation workshops, residents and other stakeholders are organized to participate in the gradual renewal of the community, to listen to and collect various development demands from citizens, enterprises, street organizations, and so on, and then combine with the current situation of the building environment. Taking gradual renewal as the basic orientation, three renewal schemes are put forward: market adjustment scheme, pension intervention scheme and residential implantation scheme. The results show that the three schemes satisfy the different demands of production and life of the research object, respectively. This paper points out the importance of ecological design thinking in the current urban planning work and provides a new perspective for the organic renewal of urban storage space.
