【摘要】：協(xié)商民主是我國的一項基本政治制度,協(xié)商主持人制度的建構可以有效推進協(xié)商民主健康、有序運轉,實現(xiàn)高效協(xié)商,充分保障人民當家作主。為此,研究主持人制度建構的路徑,從主持人制度的生成、主持人的培訓、監(jiān)督評價與考核、主持人的保障制度和主持人監(jiān)督制度的建構幾個方面來探討建構我國協(xié)商主持人制度具有重要的歷史意義和時代價值。
[Abstract]:Deliberative democracy is a basic political system in our country. The construction of the consultative moderator system can effectively promote the healthy and orderly operation of consultative democracy, achieve efficient consultation, and fully guarantee the people to be the masters of their own country. To study the path of the construction of host system, from the generation of host system, the training of host, the supervision, evaluation and examination, It is of great historical significance and contemporary value to explore the construction of the moderator system in China from the aspects of the security system of the host and the construction of the supervision system of the host.
