【摘要】：發(fā)展與代價(jià)的關(guān)系問(wèn)題,一直以來(lái)都是人們面對(duì)重大社會(huì)矛盾來(lái)尋求解決辦法的重要課題。改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的生態(tài)環(huán)境壓力越來(lái)越大,我們的發(fā)展也付出了沉重的生態(tài)代價(jià),因此,如何協(xié)調(diào)社會(huì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)代價(jià)的關(guān)系,促進(jìn)人與自然的和諧發(fā)展、貫徹和落實(shí)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略成為我們現(xiàn)階段研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。 本文主要通過(guò)綜合分析法、矛盾分析法等分析方法研究當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展中生態(tài)代價(jià)的表現(xiàn)、問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因、樹立科學(xué)發(fā)展觀及調(diào)控對(duì)策,澄清了生態(tài)代價(jià)不僅僅是指經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞,還包括對(duì)人與人、人與社會(huì)關(guān)系的消極影響引發(fā)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題等概念,沿著馬克思主義生態(tài)思想演進(jìn)發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò),從生態(tài)文明的高度探索當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的方向,從宏觀背景、發(fā)展線索、實(shí)踐要求、發(fā)展路徑等方面對(duì)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論進(jìn)行有益補(bǔ)充,同時(shí),希望對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)的社會(huì)發(fā)展起到反省、刺激、約束和調(diào)控作用,幫助人們樹立尊重自然、順應(yīng)自然、保護(hù)自然的生態(tài)理念,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,努力將社會(huì)發(fā)展的生態(tài)代價(jià)控制在最小的范圍之內(nèi),能以最小的生態(tài)代價(jià)獲得最理想的發(fā)展結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The relationship between development and cost has always been an important issue for people to seek solutions in the face of major social contradictions. Since the reform and opening up, the ecological environment of socialist modernization in China has been under increasing pressure. Therefore, how to coordinate the relationship between social development and ecological cost, promote the harmonious development of man and nature, implement and implement the strategy of sustainable development has become a focus of our current research. This article mainly through the comprehensive analysis method, the contradiction analysis method and so on analysis method research present Chinese society development in the ecological cost performance, the question causes, establishes the scientific development view and the control countermeasure, It clarifies the concept of ecological cost not only refers to the destruction of ecological environment caused by economic construction, but also includes the concept of social problems caused by the negative influence on human beings, human and social relations, and so on, following the historical context of the evolution of Marxist ecological thought. From the perspective of ecological civilization to explore the direction of contemporary Chinese social development, from the macro background, development clues, practical requirements, development path and other aspects of the ecological civilization construction theory, at the same time, I hope to reflect, stimulate, restrain and regulate the social development of contemporary China, help people to set up the ecological concept of respecting nature, conforming to nature and protecting nature, and take the path of sustainable development. Efforts to keep the ecological cost of social development within the minimum range can achieve the most ideal development results with the minimum ecological cost.
