【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,社區(qū)作為城市人口的聚集地,成為城市管理的一個重要對象。對于城市管理,數(shù)字城市一直是近年來研究的重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn),而數(shù)字社區(qū)作為數(shù)字城市的重要組成部分,自然也是關(guān)注重點(diǎn)。無論是數(shù)字城市或是數(shù)字社區(qū),這些都是以城市管理模式或社區(qū)管理模式為理論或技術(shù)依據(jù)的信息化平臺,平臺建設(shè)是為管理而服務(wù)的。由于傳統(tǒng)的社區(qū)管理模式和方法已無法適應(yīng)城市化進(jìn)程,建設(shè)部推行建立新的管理模式——城市網(wǎng)格化管理模式,該管理模式取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益。為了適應(yīng)新的管理模式,需要推進(jìn)信息化建設(shè),建立起符合網(wǎng)格化管理模式的高效運(yùn)作、資源共享的網(wǎng)格信息管理平臺。傳統(tǒng)的社區(qū)信息化平臺以二維地圖的形式顯示社區(qū)環(huán)境,這種二維顯示形式具有不夠直觀、逼真性不強(qiáng)的缺點(diǎn),而三維形式能夠同時表達(dá)社區(qū)管理對象之間的平面關(guān)系和垂向關(guān)系,表達(dá)更直觀,能帶給人真實(shí)的感受,因此創(chuàng)建生動逼真的三維交互場景便于社區(qū)管理。采用Arc GIS軟件將原始CAD圖轉(zhuǎn)換成shapefile格式,然后進(jìn)一步編輯處理創(chuàng)建網(wǎng)格圖層得到二維矢量數(shù)據(jù),并將實(shí)拍照片利用Photoshop軟件進(jìn)行一系列編輯處理作為紋理貼圖數(shù)據(jù),以上述數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)利用3DMAX軟件構(gòu)建三維地物模型,制作DEM和影像數(shù)據(jù)表示地面起伏,實(shí)現(xiàn)地形與地物模型綜合顯示的社區(qū)三維景觀;然后在上述搭建的三維可視化環(huán)境下,以創(chuàng)新建立的惠民園社區(qū)網(wǎng)格化管理模式為基礎(chǔ),在VS.net平臺下利用Arc Engine組件開發(fā)社區(qū)網(wǎng)格化管理系統(tǒng)。由于社區(qū)管理對象信息的綜合性和全面性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對惠民園社區(qū)資源的整合,管理流程在系統(tǒng)中的逐步實(shí)現(xiàn),滿足了管理的信息化、一體化的需求,使得社區(qū)管理服務(wù)更加精細(xì)化、高效率、全方位,是對整個唐山市社區(qū)管理的一種新的嘗試。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the community, as a gathering place of urban population, has become an important object of urban management. For urban management, digital city has been the focus and hot spot of research in recent years. As an important part of the digital city, the digital community is naturally the focus of attention. Whether it is the digital city or the digital community, these are information platforms based on the urban management model or the community management model as the theoretical or technical basis. Because the traditional community management mode and method can not adapt to the process of urbanization, the Ministry of Construction promotes the establishment of a new management model, the urban grid management model. The management model has achieved good economic and social benefits. In order to adapt to the new management model, it is necessary to promote the construction of information technology and establish an efficient operation in line with the grid management model. Grid information management platform for resource sharing. Traditional community information platform displays community environment in the form of two-dimensional map, which has the disadvantages of not being intuitive and realistic enough. And the three-dimensional form can express the plane relation and vertical relation between the community management object simultaneously, express more intuitively, can bring the real feeling of the person, Therefore, creating vivid 3D interactive scene is convenient for community management. The original CAD diagram is converted to shapefile format by using Arc GIS software, and then the two-dimensional vector data is obtained by further editing and processing the creation of grid layer. In addition, a series of editing processing of real photos is made by Photoshop software as texture mapping data. Based on the above data, 3D object model is constructed by using 3D Max software, and DEM and image data are made to show the ground undulation. The 3D landscape of the community can be displayed by the terrain and feature model, and then based on the grid management model of Huimin Garden, which is based on the above 3D visualization environment, Based on VS.net platform, the community grid management system is developed by using Arc Engine component. Because of the comprehensive and comprehensive information of community management objects, the integration of community resources in Huimin Garden is realized, and the management process is realized step by step in the system. It meets the needs of information management and integration, and makes the community management service more refined, efficient and all-around. It is a new attempt to the whole community management in Tangshan City.
