【摘要】：在蘇聯(lián)模式形成之前,還有一條列寧開創(chuàng)的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)道路。列寧開創(chuàng)的十月革命道路呈現(xiàn)出世界歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律的特殊性,而他開創(chuàng)的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)道路則把世界歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律的一般性與特殊性統(tǒng)一起來了,即既正視蘇維埃俄國建設(shè)社會(huì)主義的特殊性,根據(jù)特殊的情況選擇特殊的道路,迂回過渡到社會(huì)主義;又遵循世界歷史發(fā)展一般規(guī)律,強(qiáng)調(diào)落后國家發(fā)展并趕超資本主義現(xiàn)代文明水平的重要性和緊迫性,重視以人的現(xiàn)代化尤其是執(zhí)政黨的高度現(xiàn)代文明素養(yǎng)推進(jìn)國家現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:Before the Soviet model came into being, there was also a road of socialist construction initiated by Lenin. Lenin's road of October revolution showed the particularity of the law of development of world history. On the other hand, the road of socialist construction initiated by him unifies the generality and particularity of the law of development of world history, that is, facing squarely the particularity of Soviet Russia's construction of socialism and choosing a special road according to the special conditions. Following the general laws of the development of world history, stressing the importance and urgency of developing backward countries and catching up with and surpassing the level of modern capitalist civilization, Attach importance to the modernization of people, especially the ruling party's highly modern civilization literacy to promote national modernization.
