【摘要】：特朗普的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長目標(biāo)充滿"功利色彩",他在競選期間承諾通過經(jīng)濟(jì)新政復(fù)蘇美國經(jīng)濟(jì)。本文從共和黨傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀視角分析特朗普經(jīng)濟(jì)新政所面臨的黨派內(nèi)分歧,從維護(hù)選情需要、真實(shí)利率主張、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)邏輯和現(xiàn)實(shí)阻力四個(gè)方面出發(fā),分析特朗普競選期間承諾經(jīng)濟(jì)新政的實(shí)現(xiàn)可能性,認(rèn)為特朗普不僅難以擺脫奧巴馬政府遺留的現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)困境,亦難以復(fù)制里根主義,最后針對(duì)特朗普激進(jìn)的對(duì)華態(tài)度和"試探動(dòng)作"行為提出了中國的應(yīng)對(duì)建議。
[Abstract]:Trump's economic growth goals are "utilitarian". During his campaign, he promised to revive the American economy through the New Economic deal. This article analyzes the differences within the party faced by Trump's Economic New deal from the perspective of traditional Republican values. Starting from the four aspects of safeguarding the needs of the election campaign, real interest rate proposition, economic logic and realistic resistance, this paper analyzes the possibility of Trump promising a new economic deal during the election campaign. Trump is not only difficult to shake off the real economic dilemma left by the Obama administration, but also difficult to copy the Reagan Doctrine, and finally puts forward China's suggestions on Trump's aggressive attitude towards China and his "temptation" behavior.
