【摘要】：基于蘇州市相城區(qū)64424位老年人情況問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了老年人的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿及其對不同類型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的偏好。重點(diǎn)考查了失能程度與支付能力對其機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿及其偏好的影響。結(jié)果表明,戶籍、婚姻狀況、是否有養(yǎng)老金、居住方式、健在子女?dāng)?shù)量、月收入狀況、同家人關(guān)系、日常生活能力(ADL)和養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)知對老年人的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿都有顯著影響。老年人的失能程度和支付能力決定了其對不同類型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的偏好。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 64424 old people in the urban area of Suzhou , the paper empirically analyzes the old - age willingness of the old people and their preference for different types of pension institutions . The results show that the degree of disability and the ability to pay are influenced by the willingness and preference of their institutions . The results show that the degree of disability and the status of the monthly income , the relationship with family members , the ability of daily life ( ADL ) and the cognition of pension institutions have a significant impact on the willingness of the elderly . The degree of disability and the ability of payment determine their preference for different types of pension institutions .
