【摘要】：臺(tái)灣問題涉及中國的核心利益，也是影響亞太地區(qū)安全的重要問題。從冷戰(zhàn)初期開始，臺(tái)灣就一直是美國遠(yuǎn)東政策中遏制中國的一枚棋子。而作為東方社會(huì)主義陣營領(lǐng)袖的蘇聯(lián)在這一問題上選擇了支持中華人民共和國的立場(chǎng)，為新生的中華人民共和國在臺(tái)灣問題上提供了極大的國際支持。但在美蘇兩極對(duì)峙的冷戰(zhàn)背景下，蘇聯(lián)的這一態(tài)度又極大的刺激了美國，，導(dǎo)致了臺(tái)灣在美國地緣戰(zhàn)略中的地位獲得了提高。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，國際體系發(fā)了生巨大變化。雖然俄羅斯是蘇聯(lián)的主要繼承國，但外交戰(zhàn)略和亞太政策出現(xiàn)了多次調(diào)整，其對(duì)臺(tái)政策則在不同時(shí)期表現(xiàn)出了不同特點(diǎn)。本文通過冷戰(zhàn)后俄羅斯對(duì)臺(tái)政策的演變、現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行綜合分析，并提出幾點(diǎn)思考。 論文主要分為五個(gè)章節(jié)：第一章主要討論了在國際體系轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下，俄羅斯對(duì)臺(tái)政策的演變；第二章重點(diǎn)分析了俄臺(tái)政治關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系、文化關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀，從中總結(jié)了當(dāng)今俄羅斯對(duì)臺(tái)政策的特點(diǎn)；第三章提出了俄羅斯對(duì)臺(tái)政策中所出現(xiàn)的問題；第四章從俄羅斯國內(nèi)政治因素、亞太因素、美國因素、中國因素四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析，闡述了俄羅斯對(duì)臺(tái)政策調(diào)整中可能出現(xiàn)的變量；第五章主要探討了俄羅斯對(duì)臺(tái)政策對(duì)俄遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)安全、中俄關(guān)系、亞太地區(qū)穩(wěn)定造成的影響，并對(duì)其未來走向進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:The Taiwan issue involves China's core interests and is also an important issue affecting the security of the Asia-Pacific region. Taiwan has always been a pawn in the American far East policy to contain China, and the Soviet Union, as the leader of the Eastern Socialist camp, has chosen to support the people's Republic of China on this issue. It has provided great international support to the new people's Republic of China on the Taiwan issue. However, under the background of the Cold War of the confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union, this attitude of the Soviet Union has greatly stimulated the United States. After the end of the Cold War, the international system changed dramatically, although Russia was the main successor to the Soviet Union. However, diplomatic strategy and Asia-Pacific policy have been adjusted many times, and their Taiwan policy has shown different characteristics in different periods. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis through the evolution, current situation and trend of Russia's policy towards Taiwan after the Cold War. Some thoughts are also put forward. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly discusses the evolution of Russia's policy towards Taiwan under the background of international system transformation; The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the political, economic and cultural relations between Russia and Taiwan, and summarizes the characteristics of Russia's policy towards Taiwan. The third chapter puts forward the problems in Russia's policy towards Taiwan. Chapter 4th analyzes the Russian domestic political factors, Asia-Pacific factors, American factors and Chinese factors, and expounds the possible variables in the adjustment of Russia's policy towards Taiwan; Chapter 5th mainly discusses the influence of Russia's Taiwan policy on the security of Russia's far East region, Sino-Russian relations and the stability of the Asia-Pacific region, and analyzes its future trend.
