【摘要】：黨的十八屆五中全會提出的創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念,是主導"十三五"乃至更長時期的發(fā)展理念,是馬克思主義發(fā)展觀和中國具體實際的結合,是完善和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的目標要求和行動準則。其中的共享發(fā)展理念,強調通過共享發(fā)展,保障發(fā)展為了人民、發(fā)展依靠人民、發(fā)展成果由人民共享,實現(xiàn)社會公平正義。公平正義既是社會主義國家制度的首要價值,也是中國特色社會主義的內在要求。共享發(fā)展理念在中國特色社會主義"五位一體"總布局中的具體實施,有助于推動中國特色社會主義實現(xiàn)經濟利益共享、政治權益共享、文化權益共享、公共服務共享、生態(tài)權益共享。
[Abstract]:The development concept of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee is the development idea leading the 13th Five-Year Plan and even longer period. It is the combination of Marxist development concept and China's concrete reality, the goal requirement and action criterion of perfecting and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. Ensuring development is for the people, development depends on the people, the fruits of development are shared by the people, and the realization of social fairness and justice is the primary value of the socialist national system. It is also the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The concrete implementation of the concept of shared development in the total layout of "five in one" of socialism with Chinese characteristics will help to promote socialism with Chinese characteristics to realize the sharing of economic benefits. Political rights and interests sharing, cultural rights and interests sharing, public service sharing, ecological rights and interests sharing.
