【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì),并且我國(guó)的老齡化有著老年人口絕對(duì)數(shù)大以及老齡化發(fā)展速度快的特點(diǎn),養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題成為了一個(gè)不僅僅是個(gè)人或者家庭需要面對(duì)的更是一個(gè)迫在眉睫的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的養(yǎng)老模式主要包括三種:家庭養(yǎng)老、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老和機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老,其中社區(qū)養(yǎng)老成為近年來(lái)被廣泛提倡的養(yǎng)老方式。單位社區(qū)作為單位制的遺留物成為社區(qū)的一種特殊形式,單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老有著其特有的與其他普通社區(qū)養(yǎng)老不同的特點(diǎn)。但是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的研究還不多而且隨著改革開(kāi)放后單位制受到?jīng)_擊單位在社區(qū)養(yǎng)老中應(yīng)該承擔(dān)的責(zé)任也被弱化。如何更好的發(fā)揮單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的優(yōu)勢(shì),成為家庭養(yǎng)老和機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的有益補(bǔ)充,對(duì)完善我國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系有著積極地意義,也是很有必要的。本文從單位社區(qū)的變遷進(jìn)程著手以便更好地了解單位社區(qū)的特殊性進(jìn)而了解單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的特點(diǎn)。將景德鎮(zhèn)鐵路社區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研,通過(guò)訪談、觀察的方式,對(duì)單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)狀有了更深入的了解。通過(guò)分析單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老存在的不足在此基礎(chǔ)上提出改進(jìn)措施,即從單位、退休辦、社區(qū)幾方合力去完善我國(guó)的單位社區(qū)養(yǎng)老,希望單位社區(qū)作為社區(qū)的一種特殊形式可以更好地為單位社區(qū)的老年人提供養(yǎng)老服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Along with our country entering the aging society, and the aging of our country has a large absolute number of elderly population and aging characteristics of speed, the pension issue has become a not only personal or family needs to face is more of an imminent social problem. China's current pension model mainly includes three kinds of family pension, community pension and pension agency, which become the community endowment pension in recent years has been widely advocated. The unit community as remnants of the unit system becomes a special form of community, community care unit has its own different from other ordinary community endowment characteristics. But the study on the domestic community care unit not many foreign scholars and with the reform and opening up units affected units in the community pension should bear responsibility has been weakened. How to better play the community support The old advantage, become a useful supplement to family pension and pension institutions, to have positive significance to perfect the old-age service system in China, is also very necessary. This paper from the community to change the unit in order to better understand the particularity of unit community and to understand the characteristics of the pension agency unit area. Jingdezhen railway as a community the research object of investigation, through interviews, observation, have a better understanding of the status of the unit community endowment. By analyzing the existing problems of community endowment units based on the proposed improvement measures, namely from the unit, the retirement community office, several parties work together to improve our community endowment, as hope a special form of community community can offer a better pension service unit for the elderly community.
