中國人群親權鑒定常用STR基因座平均突變率的估計

【摘要】：目的對親權鑒定中常用STR基因座在中國人群中的平均突變率進行估計,并與美國人群中的相應數(shù)據(jù)進行比較。方法突變數(shù)據(jù)來自按擬定標準篩選獲得的15篇國內(nèi)文獻及本中心數(shù)據(jù)。對中國不同地區(qū)同一STR基因座突變率無顯著差異的突變數(shù)據(jù)進行合并,計算中國人群該STR基因座的平均突變率,并采用Poisson分布的近似正態(tài)分布法計算該STR基因座平均突變率的95%可信區(qū)間。對中國人群和美國人群中常用STR基因座平均突變率的95%可信區(qū)間進行比較。結(jié)果 Identifiler和PowerPlex 16兩個系統(tǒng)所包含的17個親權鑒定常用STR基因座在中國不同地區(qū)人群中的突變率無顯著差異,合并計算其平均突變率介于0.0120%～0.2078%,不同STR基因座的平均突變率差異顯著(P0.0001)。這17個親權鑒定常用STR基因座在中國人群中的累積突變率達到1.9836%。結(jié)論本研究通過文獻分析獲得中國大樣本人群的FGA等17個STR基因座突變率數(shù)據(jù),對于疑似突變案例的累積親權指數(shù)計算具有借鑒價值。

Methods the mutation data were obtained from 15 domestic literatures selected according to the proposed criteria and the data of our center. The mutation data with no significant difference in the mutation rate of the same STR locus in different regions of China were combined to calculate the average mutation rate of the STR locus in Chinese population, and the 95% confidence interval of the average mutation rate of the STR locus was calculated by using the approximate normal distribution method of Poisson distribution.
