高效毛細(xì)管電泳法分析藍(lán)色簽字筆字跡色痕種類及相對(duì)形成時(shí)間

【摘要】:選用毛細(xì)管區(qū)帶電泳分離模式,對(duì)13種市售藍(lán)色簽字筆樣品字跡色痕進(jìn)行了分析。當(dāng)電壓為15kV、柱溫為25℃時(shí),以0.03mol/L四硼酸鈉水溶液(外加10%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))的甲醇)為緩沖液,所有樣品都可以得到良好的區(qū)分;依據(jù)紫外區(qū)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,樣品可以分為三大類、五小類;依據(jù)可見區(qū)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,樣品可以分為四類;兩種分析結(jié)果相結(jié)合有助于增大不同樣品之間的區(qū)分度;選擇3種樣品進(jìn)行暗處保存老化制樣,根據(jù)字跡中色料成分相對(duì)含量的變化,對(duì)字跡的相對(duì)形成時(shí)間進(jìn)行了初步探討。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)紙張類型對(duì)于上述研究結(jié)果無影響。
