警察職業(yè)壓力、應對方式與主觀幸福感關系的研究

【摘要】: 警察是一個壓力密集型職業(yè),但目前關于警察職業(yè)壓力的規(guī)范性研究較少,研究工具幾乎沒有。本研究在已有文獻分析和調查的基礎上,編制了警察職業(yè)壓力的測量工具,并對警察的職業(yè)壓力進行測量和探討。已有研究表明,警察的職業(yè)壓力很大,并已對其工作和生活構成了嚴重的影響。職業(yè)壓力在警察職業(yè)活動中的利弊取決于警察如何應對壓力,不同的應對方式必然導致不同的結果。以往警察職業(yè)壓力與應對的研究中,對壓力反應指標的選擇很少關注警察的主觀幸福感,因此,本研究選取主觀幸福感作為研究指標。 本研究采用自編“警察職業(yè)壓力問卷”,結合應付方式問卷和主觀幸福感量表調查收集被試的應付方式和主觀幸福感資料。在分析不同警察群體職業(yè)壓力、應付方式、主觀幸福感差異的基礎上,遵循“原因-中介-反應”的思路,將警察的職業(yè)壓力、應付方式與主觀幸福感結合起來,建構警察職業(yè)壓力、應付方式和主觀幸福感關系模型。 本研究的出如下結論: 1.警察職業(yè)壓力結構主要是由工作本身的壓力、工作基礎壓力和組織管理壓力構成,在此基礎上形成的“警察職業(yè)壓力問卷”具有較好的信度和效度, 2.警察承受著較大程度的職業(yè)壓力。各種壓力的大小因警察的警種、警齡、文化程度等不同而存在顯著差異。 3.總體而言,警察的應對方式不存在顯著差異,但警種與文化程度的不同導致警察對消極應對的采用存在很大的不同。 4.警察的職業(yè)壓力與應付方式相互影響,不同的應付方式,職業(yè)壓力存在差異。 5.警察主觀幸福感與職業(yè)壓力之間存在顯著負相關,職業(yè)壓力越大,主觀幸福感越低。 6.警察應付方式不同,主觀幸福感存在差異。 7.警察職業(yè)壓力既可以直接影響其主觀幸福感,也可以通過應付方式間接影響主觀幸福感。
[Abstract]:Police is a stress-intensive profession, but there are few normative researches on police occupational stress and almost no research tools. On the basis of literature analysis and investigation, this study compiled the measuring tool of police professional pressure, and made the measurement and discussion of the police professional pressure. Studies have shown that the police are under heavy professional stress and have a serious impact on their work and life. The pros and cons of occupational stress in police professional activities depend on how police deal with it, and different coping styles will inevitably lead to different results. In the previous studies of police professional stress and coping, the choice of stress response index paid little attention to the subjective well-being of police. Therefore, this study selected subjective well-being as the research index. In this study, the Police Occupational stress questionnaire was used to collect the data of coping style and subjective Well-being in combination with coping style questionnaire and subjective Well-Being scale. On the basis of analyzing the differences of professional stress, coping style and subjective well-being of different police groups, following the idea of "cause-media-reaction", the paper combines the professional pressure, coping style and subjective well-being of police. To construct the relationship model of police professional stress, coping style and subjective well-being. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The structure of police occupational stress is mainly composed of the pressure of work itself, the pressure of work foundation and the pressure of organization and management. On this basis, the Police Occupational stress questionnaire has good reliability and validity. 2. The police are under great professional pressure. There are significant differences in various kinds of pressure due to the police type, police age, education level and so on. 3. Generally speaking, there is no significant difference in the coping style of the police, but the difference between the police type and the education level leads to a great difference in the use of the passive response of the police. 4. The police's professional stress and coping style influence each other, different coping styles and occupational stress are different. 5. There is a significant negative correlation between police subjective well-being and occupational stress. The greater the occupational stress, the lower the subjective well-being. 6. The police have different coping styles and different subjective well-being. 7. Police occupational stress can not only directly affect their subjective well-being, but also indirectly affect their subjective well-being through coping style.
