【摘要】：新聞輿論監(jiān)督與人民警察的公正執(zhí)法有共同的價值追求 ;各有一定的權(quán)威性 ;運作都具有一定難度。但兩者的地位不相同 ,依據(jù)、主體和“實”義不同。新聞輿論監(jiān)督對人民警察執(zhí)法具有內(nèi)在和外在價值、正負價值、顯形與隱形價值、工具與目的價值。要實現(xiàn)輿論監(jiān)督與公正執(zhí)法雙贏的目標(biāo) ,就要樹立公道意識 ;擺正雙方關(guān)系 ;講究認真規(guī)范 ;排除外部干擾。
[Abstract]:The supervision of news public opinion and the impartial law enforcement of the people's police have the same value pursuit; each has certain authority; the operation has certain difficulty. But the status of the two is not the same, according to the subject and the meaning of "reality" is different. The supervision of news and public opinion has internal and external value, positive and negative value, apparent and invisible value, tool and aim value to people's police law enforcement. In order to realize the win-win goal of public opinion supervision and impartial law enforcement, we must set up a sense of fairness, straighten out the relationship between the two sides, pay attention to serious regulation, and eliminate external interference.
