【摘要】：涉案物品價格鑒定結論在刑事訴訟中對于定罪量刑具有重要意義。分析當前價格鑒定結論在實踐中存在的問題,從立法和制度兩個層面提出規(guī)范和完善物品價格鑒定的建議。
[Abstract]:The conclusion of the price appraisal of the goods involved is of great significance to the conviction and sentencing in the criminal procedure. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice of the current price appraisal conclusion, and puts forward some suggestions on standardizing and perfecting the price appraisal of goods from the two aspects of legislation and system.
