【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來,境內(nèi)外的“東突”恐怖勢(shì)力內(nèi)勾外聯(lián),積極發(fā)展力量,大肆進(jìn)行民族分裂宣傳,利用各種方式籌集資金,頻繁制造暴力恐怖事件,呈惡性膨脹態(tài)勢(shì),對(duì)我國的內(nèi)外安全環(huán)境已構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重影響。要真正遏制住“東突”恐怖勢(shì)力的分裂活動(dòng),維護(hù)我國的領(lǐng)土完整,必須從新疆的長(zhǎng)治久安出發(fā),強(qiáng)化治本措施,在加大對(duì)“東突”活動(dòng)打擊力度、加強(qiáng)國際執(zhí)法協(xié)作的同時(shí),從經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、思想建設(shè)、組織隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、法治建設(shè)等多方面切實(shí)做好維護(hù)新疆社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的工作。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the "East Turkistan" terrorist forces at home and abroad have been carrying out internal and external outreach, actively developing their forces, carrying out mass propaganda on ethnic splittism, raising funds by various means, frequently creating violent terrorist incidents, and showing a vicious expansion trend. To our country's internal and external security environment has formed the serious influence. In order to truly contain the separatist activities of the "East Turkistan" terrorist forces and safeguard the territorial integrity of our country, we must proceed from the long-term peace and stability of Xinjiang, strengthen the measures to deal with the root causes, and at the same time step up the crackdown on the "East Turkistan" activities and strengthen international cooperation in law enforcement. From the economic construction, the ideological construction, the organization troop construction, the rule of law construction and so on many aspects earnestly maintains the Xinjiang social stability work.
