【摘要】：在當(dāng)今建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)進(jìn)程中,流動(dòng)人口重新犯罪問題日益嚴(yán)重,城市化速度的加快促使流動(dòng)人口規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,其流動(dòng)性、隱蔽性和難控性,使得流動(dòng)人口重新犯罪難以從根本上得到有效治理,成為危害和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的重要因素。為此,從實(shí)證研究入手對流動(dòng)人口重新犯罪的規(guī)律、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深入分析,將有利于科學(xué)制定流動(dòng)人口重新犯罪的預(yù)防策略,促進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a harmonious society, the problem of the floating population recommitting is becoming more and more serious, and the speed of urbanization is accelerating the scale of the floating population to expand, its mobility, concealment and difficulty to control. It is difficult to effectively control the floating population to commit crimes again, which is an important factor that endangers the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the laws and characteristics of the reoffending of the floating population from the perspective of empirical research will be conducive to the scientific formulation of preventive strategies for the reoffending of the floating population and to the healthy development of a harmonious society.
