【摘要】：正 21世紀(jì)是以人為本的時(shí)代,HB21大型電子警務(wù)綜合應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)意指面向21世紀(jì)以人為本的電子警務(wù)系統(tǒng),HB是Human Base的縮寫(xiě),21是21st Century的縮寫(xiě),這是一套正在成長(zhǎng)之中并已在國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際居于領(lǐng)先地位的電子警務(wù)系統(tǒng),為中國(guó)警界贏得了應(yīng)有的尊嚴(yán),也得到了公安部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度評(píng)價(jià)。 中國(guó)加入WTO在即,我國(guó)公安電子警務(wù)和國(guó)際接軌已成必然之勢(shì)。但是,近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外頻頻發(fā)生的黑客事件、網(wǎng)上犯罪,無(wú)不在國(guó)家信息安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、國(guó)防安全等方面給我們敲響了警鐘。據(jù)
