【摘要】： 警察查緝戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)旨在改善目前公安院校民警培訓(xùn)教學(xué)中缺乏立體感官性和整體配合的問(wèn)題,以提高公安民警應(yīng)用查緝戰(zhàn)術(shù)理論,在實(shí)際作戰(zhàn)中有效的搜索與抓捕各種犯罪分子及犯罪嫌疑人,有效地打擊犯罪活動(dòng)和減少代價(jià)付出,獲得最佳的執(zhí)法效益為最終目標(biāo)。 為實(shí)現(xiàn)此目的,系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)前詳細(xì)分析了目前香港警務(wù)培訓(xùn)及內(nèi)地公安院校正在使用的先進(jìn)的教材及相關(guān)資料,并和有關(guān)戰(zhàn)術(shù)專家一起探討如何對(duì)其中存在的不足進(jìn)行改進(jìn),最終以3D等軟件實(shí)施了設(shè)計(jì)。 目前,設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)束部分已經(jīng)在吉林省人民警察警銜晉級(jí)培訓(xùn)班投入使用,警體教官和受訓(xùn)民警一致反映教學(xué)效果良好,期待系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)束后全方位的投入使用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the police investigation tactics training system is to improve the problem of lacking three-dimensional senses and overall coordination in the current police training teaching in public security colleges and universities, in order to improve the police's application of the theory of investigation and arrest tactics. The ultimate goal is to effectively search and arrest all kinds of criminals and suspects in actual operations, effectively crack down on criminal activities and reduce the cost of paying, and obtain the best law enforcement benefits. In order to achieve this goal, the system analyzed in detail the advanced teaching materials and related materials currently used in police training in Hong Kong and in mainland public security institutions before the design, and discussed with the relevant tactical experts how to improve the existing shortcomings. Finally, the design is implemented with software such as 3D. At present, the final part of the design has been put into use in Jilin Province people's Police rank promotion training course, the police physical training officers and trained police consistently reflect the good teaching results, expect the system design after the end of the omni-directional use.
