【摘要】：在剛剛到來(lái)的 2 1世紀(jì)里 ,中國(guó)警方既面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇 ,也面臨著空前嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。這種挑戰(zhàn)主要來(lái)自七個(gè)方面 :一、公安工作乘勢(shì)而上的要求對(duì)現(xiàn)行體制的挑戰(zhàn) ;二、社會(huì)變革對(duì)警察政治生活角色地位的挑戰(zhàn) ;三、新形勢(shì)下犯罪活動(dòng)出現(xiàn)的新情況對(duì)警察隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的挑戰(zhàn) ;四、維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定繁重任務(wù)的挑戰(zhàn) ;五、公安隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的緊迫性對(duì)各級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的挑戰(zhàn) ;六、警務(wù)實(shí)踐中新問(wèn)題層出不窮對(duì)中國(guó)警察理論匱乏的挑戰(zhàn) ;七、現(xiàn)代生活的多元化對(duì)警察應(yīng)對(duì)能力的挑戰(zhàn)
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, Chinese police are faced with both unprecedented opportunities and severe challenges. This challenge mainly comes from seven aspects: first, the challenge to the current system caused by the requirements of public security work; secondly, the challenge of social change to the role of the police in political life; third, The new situation of criminal activities under the new situation challenges the quality of the police force; fourth, the challenge of maintaining social stability; fifth, the urgency of the construction of the public security contingent challenges the leaders of public security organs at all levels; and sixth, The emerging new problems in police practice challenge the lack of police theory in China. Seventh, the diversification of modern life challenges the ability of the police to cope with.
