【摘要】： 近年來世界各國女性犯罪呈不斷上升和蔓延的態(tài)勢。由于女性犯罪率大幅度增長,關(guān)于女性犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、類型和原因分析以及控制預防問題已成為一個受到廣泛關(guān)注的焦點。女性犯罪相比男性犯罪,具有特殊的社會危害性,所以不僅應(yīng)具體分析女性犯罪的理論及實際情況,其更重要的是運用各種手段,調(diào)動社會上一切積極因素,采取各種預防措施,防止、遏制和減少女性犯罪。本文就是從社會的實際需要出發(fā),論述了女性犯罪的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀;西方的有關(guān)女性犯罪的基本理論;女性犯罪類型;原因等,進而提出了預防女性犯罪的粗淺建議,針對女性的生理和心理的特征以及其在社會中所處的地位現(xiàn)狀等提出了從自身到公眾、從家庭到社會等各個方面的切實可行且行之有效的預防女性犯罪的具體辦法,真正做到“防患于未然”。
[Abstract]:In recent years, female crime has been rising and spreading all over the world. Due to the increase of female crime rate, the current situation, types and causes of female crime and the control and prevention of female crime have become the focus of attention. Compared with male crime, female crime has special social harmfulness. Therefore, not only should the theory and practice of female crime be concretely analyzed, but more importantly, it should use various means to mobilize all positive factors in society. Take various preventive measures to prevent, deter and reduce female crime. Starting from the actual needs of the society, this paper discusses the current situation of female crime at home and abroad, the basic theory of female crime in the West, the types of female crime, the reasons and so on, and then puts forward some basic suggestions on the prevention of female crime. Aiming at the physical and psychological characteristics of women and their status in society, this paper puts forward practical and effective ways to prevent female crime from themselves to the public, from family to society, and so on. Be sure to "prevent trouble in the first place".
