【摘要】：公安即社會(huì)安全 (Socialsafety) ,是指人類社會(huì)的安全、穩(wěn)定和秩序。公安學(xué) (Socialsafetytheory)是關(guān)于人類社會(huì)安全問(wèn)題的學(xué)問(wèn) ,研究什么是人類社會(huì)的安全 ,為什么人類社會(huì)會(huì)出現(xiàn)安全問(wèn)題 ,怎樣才能實(shí)現(xiàn)人類社會(huì)的安全 ,其主要范疇有安全、穩(wěn)定、秩序和與之對(duì)應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、動(dòng)亂、恐怖、災(zāi)害等。警察是指對(duì)人類社會(huì)的安全、穩(wěn)定和秩序的守護(hù) ,即對(duì)于侵害社會(huì)安全的事物的預(yù)防、察知、警報(bào)和即時(shí)抗擊。警察學(xué) (policetheory)是關(guān)于如何預(yù)防、察知、警報(bào)和即時(shí)抗擊侵害社會(huì)安全的事物的學(xué)問(wèn) ,研究什么是警察 ,為什么要警察 ,怎樣警察 ,其主要范疇有警察、安全、危害、犯罪等。公安學(xué)與警察學(xué)是兩個(gè)區(qū)別很大的學(xué)科 ,但兩者間的聯(lián)系也不能忽視。
[Abstract]:Public security, namely social security (Socialsafety), refers to the security, stability and order of human society. Public security science (Socialsafetytheory) is the knowledge about human social security. The main category of the study is security, why human society has security problems, how to realize human social security, and how to realize the security of human society, the main category of which is security. Stability, order and corresponding wars, disturbances, terror, disasters, etc. Police refers to the protection of the security, stability and order of human society, that is, the prevention, detection, alarm and immediate resistance to the violation of social security. The study of (policetheory) is the knowledge of how to prevent, detect, alert, and immediately combat social security violations, to study what police are, why they want them, and how to police, the main areas of which are police, safety, and harm. Commit a crime, etc. Police studies and police studies are two very different subjects, but the relationship between the two can not be ignored.
