【摘要】：信息技術的進步和社會生產力的飛速發(fā)展,給公安工作帶來了前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。根據社會形勢的客觀要求和公安工作的實際需要。需要積極搶抓機遇、迎接挑戰(zhàn),堅定不移地走科技強警之路。公安機關是國家的執(zhí)法機關,肩負著保衛(wèi)國家安全、打擊犯罪、維護社會穩(wěn)定、保障人民生命財產免受侵害、為社會主義改革開放保駕護航的重任。隨著社會的發(fā)展,犯罪分子的犯罪手段也變得越來越先進,因此公安機關應具有應付突發(fā)事件的能力,除加強通信能力、交通能力外,做好公安信息工作也是提高公安機關反應速度的基礎。“公安基層綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)”就是成功解決公安信息快速交換、異地查詢的一個系統(tǒng),它在各方面都表現了很好的效益,為公安信息化建設打下了堅實的基礎。 “公安基層綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)”采用華羅庚軟件研究所最新發(fā)明專利產品——《世紀橋信息管理系統(tǒng)設計平臺》為應用軟件設計工具,ASP為WEB服務器端的開發(fā)環(huán)境,Oracle作為數據庫開發(fā)工具。 本人參加了該項目的部分研發(fā)工作,主要針對系統(tǒng)對地市/縣兩級數據交互的要求,提出了兩種解決方案:第一種為Oracle的高級復制方案,通過配置相應的系統(tǒng)參數,建立主體站點和實體化視圖站點,采用單向的異步復制技術。第二種為Oracle的存儲過程,通過在縣級變更庫和地市級中心庫之間建立Dblink,因為每天縣級中心庫的變化在縣級變更庫中反映出來了,所以根據縣級變更庫的數據通過建立的Dblink來修改相應的地市級中心庫的數據,這樣地市/縣兩級的中心庫的交互就實現了。
[Abstract]:The progress of information technology and the rapid development of social productivity have brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to public security work. According to the objective requirements of the social situation and the actual needs of public security work. Need to seize the opportunity actively, meet the challenge, unswervingly take the road of science and technology to strengthen the police. The public security organs are the law enforcement organs of the state, which shoulder the important task of defending national security, cracking down on crime, maintaining social stability, protecting people's lives and property from encroachment, and protecting the socialist reform and opening up. With the development of society, criminals' criminal means have become more and more advanced. Therefore, public security organs should have the ability to deal with emergencies, in addition to strengthening the ability of communication and traffic. It is also the basis of improving the response speed of public security organs to do well the public security information work. The "Public Security Grass-roots Integrated Information Management system" is a system that successfully solves the problem of quick exchange of public security information and inquiry in different places. It has shown good benefits in all aspects and laid a solid foundation for the information construction of public security. "Public Security Basic-level Integrated Information Management system" adopts Hua Luogeng Software Research Institute's newest Invention Patent Product "Century Bridge Information Management system Design platform" as the application software design tool for Web server development environment Oracle as a database development tool. I participated in part of the research and development of the project, mainly aimed at the system requirements of data exchange at the prefecture / county level, put forward two solutions: the first is the Oracle advanced replication scheme, through the configuration of the corresponding system parameters, Main site and materialized view site are established, and one-way asynchronous replication technology is adopted. The second is Oracle, which builds Dblinkbetween the county change repository and the prefectural central repository, because every day changes in the county central repository are reflected in the county change repository. So according to the data of the county level change base we modify the data of the corresponding central library by Dblink so that the interaction of the central library at the city / county level can be realized.
