【摘要】： 人際信任是個(gè)體在人際交往和社會(huì)活動(dòng)中面臨一個(gè)預(yù)期損失大于預(yù)期收益之不可預(yù)料事件時(shí)，所表現(xiàn)出來的對(duì)他人人性的主觀上的相信態(tài)度和期望，它是在雙方互動(dòng)下形成的。本研究以山東省少管所的189名男性犯罪青少年為被試，采用ChristieGeis(1970)編制的《兒童馬氏量表》、肖水源的《社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表》和肖計(jì)劃《應(yīng)付方式問卷》進(jìn)行測(cè)量，試圖探討犯罪青少年人際信任、社會(huì)支持和應(yīng)對(duì)方式的特點(diǎn)，以及社會(huì)支持、應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)人際信任的影響關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示： (1)客觀變量對(duì)犯罪青少年的人際信任水平影響不顯著，但是對(duì)社會(huì)支持和應(yīng)對(duì)方式有重要影響。 (2)犯罪青少年的人際信任水平、社會(huì)支持各因子、以及積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式的得分顯著低于中學(xué)生，自責(zé)、幻想和合理化等消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式的得分顯著高于中學(xué)生。 (3)犯罪青少年的主觀支持、支持利用度和社會(huì)支持總分與人際信任水平顯著正相關(guān)；幻想、退避和合理化與人際信任水平呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)，，求助與人際信任水平呈正相關(guān)。主觀支持與求助呈顯著正相關(guān)；支持利用度與解決問題和求助呈顯著正相關(guān)，與退避和合理化呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)；社會(huì)支持總分與解決問題和求助呈顯著正相關(guān)。 (4)退避、求助和主觀支持對(duì)犯罪青少年的人際信任水平具有較好的預(yù)測(cè)作用。從對(duì)人際信任的影響程度上看，退避的影響最大，求助影響次之，主觀支持的影響較小。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal trust is a subjective belief attitude and expectation to the human nature of others when an individual faces an unexpected event in which the expected loss is greater than the expected benefit in interpersonal communication and social activities. It is formed under the interaction between the two sides. In this study, 189 male juvenile delinquents in Shandong Provincial Juvenile Management Institute were measured by Christie Geisan's Markov scale for Children, Xiao Shui's Social support rating scale and Xiao Plan's coping style questionnaire. This paper attempts to explore the characteristics of interpersonal trust, social support and coping style, as well as the influence of social support and coping style on interpersonal trust. The results showed that: 1) objective variables had no significant effect on interpersonal trust of juvenile delinquents. But it has an important influence on social support and coping style. And the score of positive coping style was significantly lower than that of middle school students. The scores of negative coping styles such as fantasy and rationalization were significantly higher than those of middle school students. Support utilization and total score of social support were positively correlated with interpersonal trust level, fantasy, retreat and rationalization were negatively correlated with interpersonal trust level, and help-seeking was positively correlated with interpersonal trust level. Subjective support was positively correlated with help-seeking, support utilization was positively correlated with problem-solving and help-seeking, and negatively correlated with avoidance and rationalization. The total score of social support was significantly positively correlated with problem-solving and help-seeking. (4) avoidance, help-seeking and subjective support had a good predictive effect on the interpersonal trust level of juvenile delinquents. In terms of the degree of influence on interpersonal trust, the influence of avoidance is the greatest, that of seeking help is second, and that of subjective support is small.
