【摘要】：社會轉型在給社會治安綜合治理工作帶來諸多發(fā)展機遇的同時,更意味著挑戰(zhàn)。目前,我國社會治安綜合治理工作體系的傳統(tǒng)性主要表現(xiàn)在:計劃經(jīng)濟色彩仍然較重、仍然以權威政治為組織保證、以身份制為運轉前提。要實現(xiàn)社會治安綜合治理工作的轉型應當確立犯罪控制理念、政府責任理念以及開放、和諧理念。社會治安綜合治理工作的“市場化、社會化、法制化、信息化”是其工作模式實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化轉型的必然路徑。
[Abstract]:Social transformation brings a lot of development opportunities and challenges to the comprehensive management of public security. At present, the traditional work system of comprehensive management of social security in our country is mainly manifested in: the planned economy is still heavy, the authoritative politics is still the organizational guarantee, and the identity system is the operating premise. In order to realize the transformation of the comprehensive management of social security, the concept of crime control, the concept of government responsibility and the idea of openness and harmony should be established. The "marketization, socialization, legalization and informatization" of the comprehensive management of social security is the inevitable way to realize the modernization transformation of its work mode.
