【摘要】：本文以毫州市地域?yàn)槔饰隽鲃?dòng)人口這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,在調(diào)查毫州區(qū)域流動(dòng)人口數(shù)量,所在行業(yè),分布范圍等的客觀基礎(chǔ)上,分析其人員,群體個(gè)性,社會(huì)傾向性,把握其心理、行為動(dòng)態(tài),為政府部門(mén)制定有關(guān)政策提供參考。論文的核心內(nèi)容則是對(duì)毫州流動(dòng)人口管理現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)際情況分析,其中概括了毫州流動(dòng)人口現(xiàn)狀以及毫州流動(dòng)人口的成因。并據(jù)此總結(jié)出毫州流動(dòng)人口管理中存在的問(wèn)題,體現(xiàn)在流動(dòng)性大、房屋出租隨意性大、管理松散、流動(dòng)人口法制觀念淡薄、流動(dòng)人口易犯罪、流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)保障問(wèn)題、流動(dòng)人口子女就學(xué)。針對(duì)以上的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行管理建議和分析,形成解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the number of floating population, the industry and the distribution scope of the floating population, this paper takes the area of Mizhou as an example to analyze its personnel, group personality, social tendency, and grasp its psychology. The behavior dynamic provides the reference for the government department to formulate the related policy. The core content of this paper is the analysis of the actual situation of the floating population management in Mizhou, which summarizes the current situation of the floating population and the causes of the floating population. Based on this, the problems in the management of floating population in Mian Zhou are summarized, which are embodied in the following aspects: high mobility, large random rental of houses, loose management, weak legal concept of floating population, easy crime of floating population, and social security problems of floating population. The children of the floating population attend school. In view of the above problems, management suggestions and analysis, to form solutions.
