【摘要】： 在中國(guó)國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)實(shí)中,邊疆的安全與穩(wěn)定,歷來(lái)是一個(gè)國(guó)家國(guó)泰民安的體現(xiàn)和重要保證。西北邊疆作為中國(guó)國(guó)家安全的重要屏障,其地緣政治位置,在國(guó)家安全方面具有獨(dú)特的作用。 本文從國(guó)際、周邊等層面具體分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)西北邊疆安全穩(wěn)定所面臨的地緣政治形勢(shì)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題、民族關(guān)系問(wèn)題、宗教問(wèn)題、“東突”問(wèn)題、跨國(guó)民族問(wèn)題等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行具體分析,從而對(duì)我國(guó)西北邊疆安全面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)和潛在威脅做出判斷。從地緣政治角度、中亞五國(guó)獨(dú)立后形成的新的國(guó)際環(huán)境角度,研究分析我國(guó)西北邊疆安全問(wèn)題及其在國(guó)際地緣政治中的戰(zhàn)略地位,使我們更充分地認(rèn)識(shí)到維護(hù)西北邊疆的安全穩(wěn)定和加速社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必要性和緊迫性,并從國(guó)際交流與合作、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、打擊恐怖主義等角度探尋我國(guó)西北邊疆長(zhǎng)治久安和快速發(fā)展的途徑。
[Abstract]:In the reality of China's national security strategy, the security and stability of the border area has always been the embodiment and important guarantee of a country's national security and people's security. As an important barrier of China's national security, the Northwest Frontier plays a unique role in national security. This paper concretely analyzes the geopolitical situation and development trend facing the security and stability of the Northwest Frontier of our country from the international and peripheral aspects, as well as the problems of economic development, ethnic relations, religion and "East Turkistan". In order to judge the realistic and potential threats to the security of the northwest frontier of our country, the problems of transnational nationality are analyzed concretely. From the perspective of geopolitics and the new international environment formed after the independence of the five Central Asian countries, this paper studies and analyzes the security problems of the Northwest Frontier of China and its strategic position in international geopolitics. Making us more fully aware of the necessity and urgency of maintaining the security and stability of the Northwest Frontier and of accelerating socio-economic development, and of the coordinated development of the regional economy through international exchanges and cooperation, From the angle of combating terrorism, this paper explores the way of long-term stability and rapid development in the northwest frontier of our country.
