【摘要】：為了給死亡時(shí)間推斷的研究提供新的途徑與數(shù)據(jù),探討了人死亡后組織細(xì)胞DNA含量變化與死后時(shí)間間隔關(guān)系。將離體腎、肝組織置于特定環(huán)境中,在不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)提取離體組織,利用激光共焦顯微拉曼光譜技術(shù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,在拉曼位移測(cè)試范圍內(nèi),對(duì)死后不同時(shí)間腎、肝組織DNA含量變化進(jìn)行拉曼光譜檢測(cè)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果顯示:人死亡后48～72h,隨著死亡時(shí)間的推移,腎、肝組織Raman光譜的主要散射峰峰位沒(méi)有明顯變化,而其峰高有明顯差異;所測(cè)組織的激光拉曼光譜特征峰的相對(duì)峰強(qiáng)值(I1094/I2923)隨死亡時(shí)間的推移而減小。因此可以得出結(jié)論:人死亡后腎、肝組織細(xì)胞DNA含量隨死亡時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)呈下降趨勢(shì),兩者之間存在線性關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to provide a new approach and data for the estimation of death time, the relationship between the changes of DNA content and postmortem interval was studied. The isolated kidney and liver tissue were placed in a specific environment and extracted at different time points. Laser confocal microscopy Raman spectroscopy and statistical method were used to measure the Raman displacement of the kidney at different time after death. The changes of DNA content in liver tissue were detected by Raman spectroscopy and analyzed statistically. The results showed that with the passage of death time, the main scattering peaks of Raman in kidney and liver had no obvious change, but the peak height was different. The relative peak intensity of the characteristic laser Raman spectra of the tissue I _ 1094 / I _ 2923) decreases with the time of death. Therefore, it can be concluded that the content of DNA in kidney and liver tissue cells decreases with the prolongation of death time after death, and there is a linear relationship between them.
