【摘要】：現(xiàn)存的“城鎮(zhèn)戶口”并不是進城人口戶籍制度改革的目標模式 ,應尋找新的、符合現(xiàn)代社會基本要求的戶口管理制度。戶籍制度改革不能僅改戶口性質(zhì)這一符號 ,而應致力于做好建立新型戶口管理制度的基礎性工作。
[Abstract]:The existing "urban hukou" is not the target mode of the reform of the household registration system for the urban population, so it is necessary to look for a new hukou management system that conforms to the basic requirements of the modern society. The reform of household registration system should not only change the symbol of hukou nature, but also devote itself to the basic work of establishing a new household registration management system.
