【摘要】： 當(dāng)前,中國(guó)社會(huì)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,大學(xué)生的價(jià)值取向受多方面影響發(fā)生了重大變化,出現(xiàn)了一些違法犯罪現(xiàn)象。對(duì)此,應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行客觀的審視、全面的分析,查找原因并探尋預(yù)防的對(duì)策。 從社會(huì)學(xué)角度來(lái)看,我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期具有以下特點(diǎn):社會(huì)分化加速;社會(huì)流動(dòng)加快;社會(huì)沖突加劇;社會(huì)整合力下降。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響主要體現(xiàn)在:第一,復(fù)雜的政治環(huán)境影響大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)。第二,不斷深化的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革在觀念、心理等方面給大學(xué)生帶來(lái)了巨大的沖擊。第三,社會(huì)文化的沖突對(duì)大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)影響日趨增強(qiáng)。第四,轉(zhuǎn)型期社會(huì)規(guī)范與價(jià)值導(dǎo)向紊亂,社會(huì)行為失范嚴(yán)重對(duì)大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)也帶來(lái)了一定的影響。 當(dāng)代大學(xué)生違法犯罪的特點(diǎn)主要有:涉案范圍擴(kuò)大;與性有關(guān)的違法犯罪明顯增加;因心理異常而發(fā)生的惡性事件有所增多;網(wǎng)絡(luò)違法犯罪成為新趨勢(shì)。引發(fā)大學(xué)生違法犯罪的原因既有外因又有內(nèi)因,包括社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和個(gè)人等方面。 開(kāi)展大學(xué)生違法犯罪預(yù)防工作,首先應(yīng)確立工作的基本原則:教育保護(hù)、及時(shí)防治、綜合治理。預(yù)防大學(xué)生違法犯罪應(yīng)從以下幾方面努力:第一,確立宏觀戰(zhàn)略措施。第二,構(gòu)建科學(xué)的大學(xué)生違法犯罪預(yù)防體系。一是從社會(huì)層面預(yù)防:完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展;提高全民法治意識(shí);嚴(yán)懲腐敗,加強(qiáng)廉政建設(shè);堅(jiān)持打擊各種違法犯罪行為;大力加強(qiáng)精神文明建設(shè)。二是從學(xué)校層面預(yù)防:加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè),營(yíng)造良好的育人環(huán)境;高度重視思想政治工作,建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍;全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育;加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生的心理健康教育,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生良好的心理素質(zhì);積極探索,開(kāi)展與司法機(jī)關(guān)的共建活動(dòng),預(yù)防和減少大學(xué)生違法犯罪的發(fā)生。三是從家庭層面預(yù)防:注重潛移默化的家庭教育效果。四是從個(gè)人層面預(yù)防:大學(xué)生應(yīng)樹(shù)立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀;堅(jiān)持自我教育和自我完善;努力培養(yǎng)良好的心理素質(zhì);自尊、自愛(ài)、自律。第三,合理采用具體預(yù)防措施。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese society is in the period of social transformation, the value orientation of college students has changed greatly in many aspects, and some illegal and criminal phenomena have appeared. Therefore, we should examine objectively, analyze comprehensively, find out the reasons and explore the countermeasures of prevention. From the sociological point of view, China's social transition period has the following characteristics: social differentiation accelerated; social mobility accelerated; social conflict intensified; social integration power decreased. The impact of social transformation on college students is mainly reflected in: first, the complex political environment affects the growth of college students. Second, the deepening economic system reform has brought great impact to college students in concept and psychology. Third, the conflict of social culture has a growing impact on college students. Fourth, the disorder of social norms and value orientation in the transition period, and the serious loss of social behavior have also brought about certain influence on the growth of college students. The characteristics of contemporary college students' crimes are as follows: the scope of involvement is enlarged; the crimes related to sex are obviously increased; the number of vicious incidents due to psychological abnormality has increased; and the network crime has become a new trend. There are both external and internal reasons for college students to commit crimes, including social, school, family and personal aspects. To carry out the prevention of college students' crime, we should first establish the basic principles of the work: education protection, timely prevention and control, comprehensive management. In order to prevent college students from violating the law and crime, we should make efforts in the following aspects: first, establish macro-strategic measures. Second, build a scientific prevention system of college students' crime. First, to prevent from the social level: to perfect the socialist market economy and promote the development of productive forces; to raise the awareness of the rule of law among the whole people; to severely punish corruption and strengthen the building of a clean government; to persist in cracking down on various illegal and criminal acts; and to vigorously strengthen the building of spiritual civilization. Second, prevention from the school level: strengthening the construction of campus culture and creating a good educational environment; attaching great importance to ideological and political work; building a contingent of high-quality ideological and political education; and carrying out quality-oriented education in an all-round way. Strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, strengthen the mental health education of college students, cultivate the good psychological quality of college students, actively explore and carry out co-construction activities with the judicial organs, To prevent and reduce the occurrence of crimes committed by college students. Third, prevention from the family level: pay attention to the subtle effects of family education. Fourth, prevention from the personal level: college students should establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values; adhere to self-education and self-improvement; strive to cultivate good psychological quality; Self-esteem, self-love, self-discipline. Third, reasonable use of specific preventive measures.
