【摘要】：心理韌性是個體的心理健康從困境或不幸事件中得到恢復(fù),免于不良事件影響的一種現(xiàn)象,最初是為了研究處于高壓力環(huán)境下成長的兒童發(fā)展問題,自上世紀七十年代至今,學術(shù)界有關(guān)心理韌性的研究提出了眾多的理論和概念模型,研究領(lǐng)域也逐漸從發(fā)展心理學擴展到健康心理學、積極心理學但由于對心理韌性的理解不同,目前對于心理韌性的標準或概念尚未達成一致的意見。盡管如此,在眾多的研究視角和領(lǐng)域中,心理韌性的核心概念卻日益突出,即如何幫助個體擺脫負面消極事件的影響,以致目前的研究已不僅開始關(guān)注心理韌性的評估,也開始關(guān)注心理韌性的提升和干預(yù)策略。本文正是以此為基礎(chǔ),重點關(guān)注警察的心理韌性問題。警察作為經(jīng)歷消極事件的重要群體,和正常人群相比,經(jīng)歷了較多的負面事件及高壓力的體驗。本研究通過理論梳理、文獻綜述、以及深入訪談,確定了警察心理韌性量表的結(jié)構(gòu)因素,并編制了初測題目。警察心理韌性的結(jié)構(gòu)包括：(1)職業(yè)認同：警察對于自身職業(yè)的認可,體現(xiàn)在身份認同和接納；(2)：情緒調(diào)節(jié)：在面對消極事件時或消極事件之后的情緒狀況的穩(wěn)定性；(3)現(xiàn)場應(yīng)對：身臨現(xiàn)場處置突發(fā)事件的能力；(4)樂觀態(tài)度：對于社會環(huán)境、職業(yè)以及價值觀的積極態(tài)度向上且穩(wěn)定的態(tài)度；(5)自我效能：對于處置突發(fā)事件能力的自信程度。 本研究以這些結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)編制了初測題目,通過深入訪談、編制初測題目、正式施測等步驟編制了警察心理韌性量表。初測題目來自530人的警察群體,通過探索性因素分析,通過探索性因素分析探索出5個因子,初步驗證了之前的理論構(gòu)想。同時通過項目分析及因素負荷量檢驗了因素的適當性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,形成了21道題目的正式量表。第二次施測得到523份樣本。通過信度分析得到量表總分的內(nèi)部一致性信度系數(shù)為0.803,通過各因素之間以及總分的相關(guān)矩陣和驗證性因素分析,均顯示了良好的統(tǒng)計效果。表明該量表的穩(wěn)定性以及所測量心理特點的有效性,可作為警察心理韌性的測量和評估工作。綜上所述,本研究得出的結(jié)論如下： (1)警察心理韌性是一個多維度的心理過程,包括職業(yè)認同、情緒調(diào)節(jié)、現(xiàn)場應(yīng)對、樂觀態(tài)度、自我效能五個維度。 (2)本研究所編制警察心理韌性量表,具有較好的信度和效度,可作為警察心理韌性評估和干預(yù)的測量工具。 (3)本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)警察心理韌性的因素存在警種差異,刑事處突類警察在現(xiàn)場應(yīng)對、樂觀態(tài)度、自我效能維度上與日常警務(wù)類警察存在顯著差異；在情緒調(diào)節(jié)、職業(yè)認同、樂觀態(tài)度三個維度上,刑事處突類警察的心理韌性得分低于日常警務(wù)類警察；而在年齡因素上,46-55歲年齡組與18-25歲年齡組在現(xiàn)場應(yīng)對的維度存在顯著差異,在職業(yè)認同維度,18-25年齡組得分則顯著高于26-34歲年齡組；而在性別因素上,除了在情緒調(diào)節(jié)維度上,男性警察和顯著低于女性警察外,其余維度上男性警察都高于女性警察,且在現(xiàn)場應(yīng)對、樂觀態(tài)度、以及自我效能維度上差異顯著。
[Abstract]:Psychological toughness is a phenomenon in which the mental health of an individual recovers from a difficult or tragic event , and is free from the influence of adverse events .
( 2 ) Emotional adjustment : the stability of emotional state after or after negative events ;
( 3 ) On - site response : the ability to dispose of emergencies at the site ;
( 4 ) Optimism : Positive and stable attitude towards social environment , occupation and values ;
( 5 ) Self - efficacy : The degree of self - confidence in handling emergency capabilities .

Based on these structures , the author has prepared the initial test subject , and prepared the psychological toughness scale of the police through the deep interview , the preparation of the initial test subject and the formal application . The paper has formed a formal scale of 21 subjects through exploratory factor analysis . The reliability coefficient of the internal consistency of the scale is 0.803 . Through the analysis of the reliability and the correlation matrix of the total score and the confirmatory factor analysis , a good statistical effect is obtained . The results show that the stability of the scale and the validity of the measured psychological characteristics can be used as the measurement and evaluation of the psychological toughness of the police .

( 1 ) Psychological toughness of police is a multidimensional psychological process , including occupation identification , emotion regulation , on - site response , optimistic attitude and self - efficacy .

( 2 ) The Institute has compiled the psychological toughness scale of the police , which has good reliability and validity , and can be used as a measuring tool for the evaluation and intervention of the psychological toughness of the police .

( 3 ) There are police differences in the factors of the psychological toughness of the police , and there are significant differences between the police in the field , the optimistic attitude , the self - efficacy dimension and the daily policing police ;
In the three dimensions of emotion regulation , occupation identification and optimistic attitude , the psychological toughness of the police in the criminal punishment category is lower than that of the daily police ;
In the age group , the age group of 46 - 55 and the age group of 18 - 25 years showed significant difference , and the score of 18 - 25 age group was significantly higher than that in the age group of 26 - 34 in the age group of 18 - 25 age group .
On the basis of gender , except in the emotional regulation dimension , male police and significantly lower than female police , male police in the remaining dimensions are higher than female police , and there are significant differences in response , optimism , and self - efficacy dimension in the field .
