【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)后,我國(guó)提出了"情報(bào)信息主導(dǎo)警務(wù)"戰(zhàn)略,這是我國(guó)進(jìn)行警務(wù)體制改革的一個(gè)重要舉措。在四年多的實(shí)踐中,各地警務(wù)部門(mén)積極探索,構(gòu)建了富有本土特色的情報(bào)信息主導(dǎo)警務(wù)工作模式,并已顯現(xiàn)出其相當(dāng)功效。但由于情報(bào)信息主導(dǎo)警務(wù)在我國(guó)實(shí)踐時(shí)間較短,缺乏一套系統(tǒng)的理論與實(shí)務(wù),在實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題。而要真正建構(gòu)情報(bào)信息主導(dǎo)警務(wù)的工作模式,發(fā)揮情報(bào)信息在警務(wù)工作中的強(qiáng)大威力,必須有一套行之有效的策略與措施,真正從警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略高度來(lái)推動(dòng)公安工作的現(xiàn)代化水平。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century, our country has put forward the strategy of "information and information leading policing", which is an important measure to carry out the reform of police service system in our country.In the practice of more than four years, various police departments have actively explored and constructed the mode of intelligence and information leading policing with local characteristics, which has shown its considerable effectiveness.However, due to the short time of information leading policing in our country and the lack of a set of systematic theory and practice, there are some problems in practice.In order to truly construct the work mode of information leading policing and give play to the powerful power of intelligence information in police work, we must have a set of effective strategies and measures to promote the modernization level of public security work from the level of policing strategy.
