【摘要】：社區(qū)服務(wù)刑業(yè)已在諸多法治發(fā)達(dá)的國家里閃耀著奪目的光彩，在每個(gè)國家里獲得了非常好的刑罰效用，也得到了民眾的廣泛支持與配合。但社區(qū)服務(wù)刑在我國還算是個(gè)比較生疏的概念，它的內(nèi)容和我國的公益勞動(dòng)有一定的相似性，但又絕不能兩者混為一談。本文通過對社區(qū)服務(wù)刑的概念、發(fā)展及特點(diǎn)的梳理，對構(gòu)建我國社區(qū)服務(wù)刑的原因、條件及當(dāng)前我國社區(qū)服務(wù)存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析，，最后給出了筆者的完善建議。
[Abstract]:The punishment of community service has shone brilliantly in many developed countries with the rule of law, and has obtained very good penalty effect in each country, and has also been widely supported and cooperated by the public.But the punishment of community service is still a new concept in our country. Its content is similar to the public service labor in our country, but it must not be mixed up.Through the analysis of the concept, development and characteristics of community service punishment, this paper analyzes the reasons, conditions and problems existing in the construction of community service punishment in our country, and finally gives the author's suggestions for perfection.
